“When you order food from a restaurant, you pretty much know what you’re going to get. I think the difference is how they handle mistakes. Do they make excuses or make it right. Last night they messed up my order. Mistakes happen. They make a ton of pizzas. When I called, the manager said he would remake it. And when I picked it up, he said he made it himself to make sure it was right. So I give him credit for making it right.“

“Sometimes they forget the sauce, extra peppers, or drinks but otherwise they are really good! Food is usually good and always warm, sometimes we get a bad pepper but usually they are good, almost always a fast delivery too and the staff are really nice. And yes they will fix it if they forget stuff tho we usually don't bother.“

“Went to the one in Bryant (A, been a while since I’ve eaten there, and B, they have loaded fries now). I love that what I remembered from when I was younger is still the same (see also: great service and understanding about my allergy) (and unlike the Benton store the Bryant one put bacon on the loaded fries that are supposed to come on the loaded fries 🙏)“
