I am writing this review to give Manager Alyx at the Elkins, Arkansas McDonald's five stars—she is truly exceptional!
As a customer who uses a walker, I often find simple trips challenging, but Alyx makes it an easy and heartwarming experience every single time. Her level of dedication and kindness is outstanding:
• Proactive Care: She is immediately attentive when I arrive. Without fail, Alyx is right there to open the door for me and helps me get safely to my table.
• Complete Service: She personally delivers my entire order—food, drink, napkins, and all the condiments—right to my seat. I never have to worry about carrying a tray while managing my walker.
• Constant Attentiveness: She keeps an eye on her customers. If I ask for a drink refill, Alyx is incredibly quick to bring it over, saving me another trip to the counter.
Alyx leads by example with incredible patience, kindness, and dedication. She is an absolute asset to the Elkins location, and her service makes a real, positive difference in the community. Thank you, Alyx!“

“The chicken tenders was very juicy, fries lightly salted, cole clawmade oerfectly and the sauce was on point. It doesn't matter where you eat the chicken either Dallas or Arkansas it's still delicious 😋“

“Staff was absolutely amazing! We placed an online order, admittedly late, around 45 minutes until close. Staff was cheery, happy to see us, everyone greeted us with a smile immediately. Server that was working (I regrettably didn’t get his name) went above and beyond! Kindly offered us quarters while we were looking at the machines. Food came out fresh, but quick, everything tasted awesome. Huge kudos to the team on Saturday night!“

“I love this location but the parking lot and entrances are an adventure.
Im not aure who did the mental gymnastics to put this location where it is but navigating the entrance/lot is a chore.

The facility is nice and clean and well lit. The orders always come out hot and fresh and its never a problem to aak for extra sauces. Somw places act like they come out of their check...not Whataburger.“

“I wanted protein after my long run but as you can imagine the drive through was very busy. Two lines and it was brunch time on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and took my order pronto as I waited in line in my car. Another person allowed me to pay while waiting. All were wearing masks and were very professional. The food was great. Thank you for going the extra steps for safety.“

“This subway is pretty good. The food is amazing and the staff is always incredibly nice. For be honest I like my footlong sandwich be prepared for Lisa. She always prepared my sandwich the way I like it. I'm not going there just for a good sandwich, I also going for the amazing customer service the Lisa provides. As a customer I'm happy to receive good food but overall a good customer service.“

“Forgive me if I misspelled names, but Kay and Abby at the College Ave location are amazing! Always pleasant, always smiling, and always on point. Solid food, but the customer service keeps me coming back as much as I can. If you want good food with a smile to start your day off right, this should be your go to spot. They deserve the kudos!“

“I came in for some lunch specials and was not disappointed. There was zero line, the service was fast and the lot was so clean.

I got the 7$ meal special and they were so good! Fresh oil in the frier and perfect burgers.

“John made me a meatball sub today. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Wow was it delicious. The provolone cheese was melted perfectly over the meatballs. “This is the first time for us to try Slim Chickens out , I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing, folks I've never seen so much grilled chicken in a bowl of salad , and the grilled chicken was grilled to perfection, my taste buds were doing backflips over this delicious grilled chicken salad, and it was reasonable too. This Slim Chickens in Fayetteville Arkansas near the Mall is a clean store and the tables were clean unlike other fast food places , no one likes to clean their on table before they eat. The management at this Slim Chickens is customer oriented, there staff meets you at the counter with a pleasant smile and takes your order , and there's no delay in getting your meal to your table. We will definitely be back.“

“Tops Chipotle! Qdoba is soo good I was visiting from out of town and went to this location. Service was great the employees were attentive and very nice. The food is seasoned well and they customize the flavors with different sauces. Love the atmosphere and I love the variety of choices that me and my family were able to choose from.“
