“Just came through the drive thru. Something has definitely changed with the store. The service is a lot quicker The last month or so. I come through at least once a week with my son so we noticed things like this. As always, the food was delicious the employees were very courteous. I will continue to eat at this establishment. “I wanted protein after my long run but as you can imagine the drive through was very busy. Two lines and it was brunch time on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and took my order pronto as I waited in line in my car. Another person allowed me to pay while waiting. All were wearing masks and were very professional. “today my grandson and I decided to try something different, so he chose this place. it was rather clean and tidy. the lady working the front counter was very informative and polite. our food was good fresh and hot. which always a plus in my book. I know better to try new stuff, but I did anyways. cheesesteaks are always my favorite 🤦‍♀️ not this one. it had way to much cheese and a soggy bun. other than that our meal was awesome! “I should have posted this earlier but life has been a bit hectic. On 12/1 my husband went in for an angiogram and the news wasn’t good. 3 veins were 90% blocked and his coronary artery was 99% blocked. They admitted him and did a 4 way bypass on 12/3. It was either the Friday or Saturday after that he didn’t care for the hospital food and requested Jersey Mike’s. I knew he wouldn’t eat much of it so no harm done and why not? Not to mention, I love Jersey Mike’s as well. The lady making our sandwiches asked what brought me in and when I told her what happened she said our order was taken care of and refused to let me pay for it. How great is that?! So grateful for the kindness that you showed and it will not be forgotten! God Bless!!“

“At least 80% of the reason for these 5 stars is because of Ms. Pam. She works harder and with a more genuine attitude than any food service worker I’ve met. I would come here almost every day on my break for lunch and she made a note to always treat me personably and make me feel welcome as well as be sure my order was correct. One of the biggest reasons I miss my old job is because of my visits to this Sonic and getting a warm welcome from Ms. Pam.“

South School Pizza Hut is my go to living in south Fayetteville. Been ordering from here for years and yes some sometimes it hits better than other times. Tonight I ordered a pizza, sticks, and wings and when I got there only one person was working as far as I could see. Mad props to Elizabeth the GM for running the store solo and letting me see my pizza before she handed it to let me see if it was good. Much love to the people like her that run these places solo and care about customer service and food quality when the majority of the population doesn’t realize how common of a thing it is to run a shop solo. It ain’t easy and these workers deserve massive flowers.“
