Overall he did a great job and we got our food quickly, but every time he would approach the table he would have an attitude. The catfish was great, and my husband enjoyed the grouper oscar. 4.3/5* overall”

We ordered the charcuterie for 2. We were very disappointed. The meat was 2 slices of deli turkey, 2 slices of deli ham, both turkey and ham were cut into 4 pieces rolled to make it look like it was more meat than it was. Some wieners that you would use in pigs in a blanket. Grapes, strawberry slices and pineapple slices. A few crackers and at least one cracker was stale. Small sweet pickles and sliced cucumbers. Dijon mustard, honey mustard and ranch dressing. No cheese. When I asked for the cheese, our server brought us cubed cheese that you buy in a bag. Nothing was special about this board. I’ve never had a charcuterie board like this before and I hope I never do again.”

“We came here for our anniversary and we loved it! Sydney seated us and Scott was our waiter. We have never had such great tasting food. We had the porkchop and the ribeye. The sides were the Brussel sprouts, polenta, and mashed potatoes. We can’t wait to go again for our next dinner.”

Addendum—It has been 3 years since my original review above ☝️. In that time the menu is similar except for a small increase in prices. The food remains excellent!! The lunch menu is very reasonably priced. The service is outstanding and the consistent offerings of a full salad and breadsticks with every meal makes this experience so worthwhile. My wife and I think this Hot Springs Olive Garden is one of the best in this national chain. I highly recommend you find out for yourself the great value this restaurant has to offer.”

“went there for lunch with my family on Sunday and just checked my credit card statement and they charged me almost double for what my bill actually was. update: got $90 back. spoke to someone I was told was the manager and after he did some research he found my ticket from the day and figured out that he had "accidentally" typed $95 for the tip instead of $5. which was odd because when we did the receipt we broke total at the bottom. so you would think that if the total at the bottom of my receipt didn't match the total on the screen after he finished that he would question it but apparently not so he tipped himself almost what my bill was. I have a feeling I wasn't the first person and I have a feeling I won't be the last person and all I can say is if you use a card there. keep an eye on your your bill and if you have previously used a card there I'd take a look at my statement now”

“Wow!! Best ramen I’ve had. I had the Tantanmen medium spice level. The pork was flavorful, the broth was out of this world, and the egg was incredible due to a sweetness mixed into the yoke. The accompanying of sweet and spicy chili paste on the side of the bowl allowed you to pair as many bites with as much paste as you like. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the fusion of spices and flavors were wonderful. This was a much desired void that I can now fill!”

“We’re still fairly new to Hot Springs and after recommendations from friends, we stopped here after an early gathering. We were there on taco Tuesday, $2 tacos. Their tacos are unbeatable! We also had a cheese burger, perfectly greasy and fries seasoned well. We ended up here the next night also. The wings, so good! We can’t play pool but we have a good time trying lol. Drink specials and prices are fair. $2 shots, for a quick cheap drink, are delicious as well. We will be regulars at this establishment!”

The detail was incredible – from the metallic finish on the sides that looked like real steel, to the welding sparks design on top that tied perfectly into the theme. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted just as good as it looked. The attention to detail, creativity, and flavor were top notch. Definitely recommend Mad Hatter Cakery for anyone wanting a cake that’s both stunning and delicious!”

The Customer service was 5⭐️ The lady was so kind to us and gave us our things in a timely manner.
We parked in the parking lot to eat and realized they forgot our cinnabons. We decided after we finish our food we will run through the drive through when we are heading home but the worker came out to deliver it to us without us asking!! They not only gave us our cinnabons but gave us two extra so we both have two. 10/10 service. This location is by my home so i will be coming back. Thank you!!”
