“As a regular, and CFA Hospitality Professional, I enjoy both the food, the service, the people, and the atmosphere that THIS CFA brings amongst all other Chick-fil-A stores. “Only giving four stars instead of five because I ordered hot fudge in my sonic brownie blast, paid the extra 30 cents and there was no hot fudge in it at all. Not really upset or anything, I get that mistakes happen, it's just happened twice now. The car-hop server Moriah was very nice and had a positive attitude for how busy it was, she had to run our card inside because the touch screen payment option was not working at all after several attempts. Food is always tasty!“

“It was our first time but it was such an amazing experience!! Dee had exceptional, and I do mean exceptional, customer service and helped us out perfectly with what we were supposed to do since we were absolutely clueless. The food was better than the buffet palace in our hometown and we were not expecting that from something we thought was going to be like fast food Chinese. We got our plates to go and as you can see, they were quite full. It was amazing!! It’s my daughter’s new favorite place in Hot Springs! Thank you Panda Express for being so awesome!!
The only thing I didn’t like was the cream cheese Rangoons. I wish I would’ve chosen a different side.“
