“The vault is absolutely my favorite eating place in Hot Springs. My son comes in from Houston and we always go there!! tonight it was awesome and our server Mitch was outstanding!! Hot Springs is so fortunate to have such a fine restaurant here!!“

“First we arrived at Fisherman’s Wharf, got in quite fast. Very friendly staff we sat and ate dinner with lalo around 6:30. Didn’t get serviced until 6:45, when he came to the table is was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall he did a great job and we got our food quickly, but every time he would approach the table he would have an attitude. The catfish was great, and my husband enjoyed the grouper oscar. 4.3/5* overall“

“We are from Louisiana and came to Arkansas, just for the heck of it. Sat down at a local lookout and found this place on google. It’s delicious and we will definitely be going back! We did take out but want to dine in next time. 10/10 recommend!!! I had the small, Chicago style pizza.“

We ordered the charcuterie for 2. We were very disappointed. The meat was 2 slices of deli turkey, 2 slices of deli ham, both turkey and ham were cut into 4 pieces rolled to make it look like it was more meat than it was. Some wieners that you would use in pigs in a blanket. Grapes, strawberry slices and pineapple slices. A few crackers and at least one cracker was stale. Small sweet pickles and sliced cucumbers. Dijon mustard, honey mustard and ranch dressing. No cheese. When I asked for the cheese, our server brought us cubed cheese that you buy in a bag. Nothing was special about this board. I’ve never had a charcuterie board like this before and I hope I never do again.“

“Newly renovated , beautiful . The service was beyond reproach . Friendly , professional , engaging . We had the watermelon salad, Lasagne and the rice balls . Delicious nothing was left behind. Looking forward to our next meal there.“

“Loved 501 Prime! The hostess got us in and seated quickly, she was very friendly, upbeat and had a great personality! Emerald was our server and she was exceptional! Emerald was very knowledgeable about everything 501 Prime, very attentive, friendly and engaged! Actually, not a single employee walked by our table that didn’t stop and engaged in a conversation. Everything we ordered was perfection. Just excellent service and food all the way around. Great experience, we’ll be back!“

“The food was good and received immediate seating/service upon arriving. I had the chargrilled burger cooked to perfection. It was thick more than a mouth full. I had to cut it in half. My husband had sirloin and grilled shrimp, again cooked to perfection.

I'm not sure if the hot springs water changed the flavor of the beers at all, but each of the four beers in my flight were solid and I'd definitely get them again. The best part though was the Ranger Steve merch, a local groundhog that's become a mascot for the brewery.“
