Chick-fil-A in Little Rock

“I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had a very positive experience overall. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy a meal. My food was prepared and brought out quickly, which I really appreciated, especially during a busy time.

The customer service stood out as well — every team member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and served with a genuine smile, which made the visit even more enjoyable. One small surprise was learning that there is now a charge for additional sauces, something I wasn’t previously aware of. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I still left very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A location to others.“

“Absolutely great Chick-fil-A experience! It was really tricky to find this particular location's entrance to the parking lot but so worth it. Very nice clear layout with really pretty decor, clean bathrooms, and super duper fast service. I came at midday and they were very busy both in the dining room and at the drive through but every member of staff was still very courteous and INCREDIBLY efficient. I don't think it took more than 5 minutes between my starting to order and me eating my food. Props to these employees for running such an incredibly tight ship. A staff member even took away my straw trash off my table when he delivered my meal. Y'all deserve the most, God Bless!!!“

“This Chick-fil-A definitely lives up to the standard—fast, convenient, and consistently good. The only minor issue I’ve run into is occasionally missing sauces with the grilled wraps.

I really enjoy this location, but the entrance can be pretty rough. The turn-in is tough, and the area can be dangerous for pedestrians—I actually saw someone get hit trying to cross the road nearby the other day. Just be extra careful when getting in and out.“

“Used the drive through. Staff positioned outside to take your order and receive payment all at the same time. By the time I got around to the window, the next staff asked my name and handed me my order. Hot and fresh! Easy in and out. Just have to remember to ask for ketchup if you want some for your fries!“

“The managers at Chick Fil A are the most kind, friendly, caring, helpful people I’ve ever met. As are all the workers at the Little Rock airport who came to my rescue. I lost my phone today at the airport and they all helped me find it and then gave me a new bag of fresh food!!!“

“Lo, as I did approach the window of the drive, there did appear a countenance most kindly and bright of spirit. Though my request did cast but a moment’s shadow of puzzlement upon the good sir, yet with wit and diligence he set my order aright, missing not a single morsel. Soon after, fine fellows of cheerful heart did bear forth my meal, their faces alight with smiles, and they spake with me in merry discourse whilst I did bide my time. And verily, the feast itself was of most excellent savor, warm as a hearth’s embrace and pleasing beyond measure to the tongue“
