“I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had a very positive experience overall. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy a meal. My food was prepared and brought out quickly, which I really appreciated, especially during a busy time.
The customer service stood out as well — every team member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and served with a genuine smile, which made the visit even more enjoyable. One small surprise was learning that there is now a charge for additional sauces, something I wasn’t previously aware of. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I still left very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A location to others.“

“Used the drive through. Staff positioned outside to take your order and receive payment all at the same time. By the time I got around to the window, the next staff asked my name and handed me my order. Hot and fresh! Easy in and out. Just have to remember to ask for ketchup if you want some for your fries!“
“The managers at Chick Fil A are the most kind, friendly, caring, helpful people I’ve ever met. As are all the workers at the Little Rock airport who came to my rescue. I lost my phone today at the airport and they all helped me find it and then gave me a new bag of fresh food!!!“
“Lo, as I did approach the window of the drive, there did appear a countenance most kindly and bright of spirit. Though my request did cast but a moment’s shadow of puzzlement upon the good sir, yet with wit and diligence he set my order aright, missing not a single morsel. “Jackie was absolutely awesome!!! I placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. Forgot to add extra pickles to my order so I asked Jackie if I could get some extra ones in a cup thinking they'd be in one of those little tiny plastic cups... no they weren't... Jackie brought me 2 individual side cups & said she even told them to add extra cuz she told me they didn't have very many in the cups already. Needless to say I will definitely have enough pickles. Thanks Jackie you're awesome!!!“
