“Stopped into this Subway recently and had a really solid experience from start to finish. First off, the place itself is clean and modern, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re grabbing food on the go. Everything looked well maintained, the dining area was tidy, and it didn’t have that worn-down feel some locations can get over time.

Service was impressively quick, even though they were moving steadily. Jeremy was the one who helped me, and he was genuinely friendly and upbeat while making my sandwich. He didn’t rush me, answered questions without sounding annoyed, and actually seemed to care about getting the order right. That kind of customer service goes a long way and really stands out these days.

I ordered a grilled chicken sub, and it hit the spot. The chicken was hot and well-cooked, the toppings were fresh, and it was put together neatly instead of sloppily thrown together. Paired it with a Pepsi Zero, which was exactly what I needed.

“I've visited MANY Jimmy John's. Today was an exceptional experience. Despite being the only customer in the store, the guys working were friendly and had my food out quickly. I ordered the chicken ceasar wrap, as I usually do. This wrap had the perfect amount of sauce and croutons. One of the best ones I've had.

The bathrooms and soda area were clean. That's important too. ?

“I visit this subway quite a bit. They always make a good sandwich and usually have a great attitude despite seemingly always being busy. Tonight I came in and found the worker, Noah, busily preparing multiple online orders. Myself and another gentleman came in at the same time. I felt stressed for Noah but he remained calm, friendly, and professional. Kudos to him! This location, as many are I’m sure, seems usually understaffed, but they do a great job nonetheless.“

“I feel like Jimmy John’s kinda gets a bad rap and people just kind of think it’s your typical sandwich place. I actually like the consistency of having a sandwich that generally tastes pretty good has relatively good ingredient on it and at the end of the day it taste good the one thing that I’ll say about maybe Jimmy Johnson in general is that we used to be freaky fast it really doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. If you go through the drive-through, you’re gonna be sitting there for a long time so I would recommend either getting it delivered or replacing your order online and picking it up in the store at the end of the day. I’ll probably still keep going to Jimmy John’s because frankly, I like it.“
