“Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered my order 5 weeks ago. I emailed them and they said they haven't even started bc they don't have any holiday cookies, even though the website says otherwise. Then I email to find the status and no one emails back. I have no more cookies left. They have completely screwed me. The lady was extremely rude. I've been a loyal customer for 8yrs but that means nothing.“

The inside of the cake was moist and delicious, and the buttercream was decadent and sweet. “Hello, after visiting multiple times, I wanted to give you a review. The location is awesome! The decor is cute and comfortable. The food is Fresh and wonderful. Their Chi Latte is The BEST in Little Rock. And the service….. Well, there is Always a friendly face. This is one of my Favorite local places in Little Rock, and I don’t even Live in the Rock. I commute 26 miles to eat Here! Give HLB a try. Relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, a pastry, or a scrumptious lunch. Be Well & Keep Doing what you’re doing HLB!“

“I came here yesterday for coffee and breakfast but they had sold out of the food I was hungry for (biscuits and gravy) so I got my caramel macchiato and it was delicious! I came back today and Patricia remembered me and let me know they had biscuits and gravy! She promptly made me an order (everything was made to order) and surprised me by saying they were at no cost to me. The food is delicious, the coffee slaps, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time.“

“The best donuts in town with good, friendly service. They’ve always had a wide variety of donuts when I come in and offer me a lovely selection. I’m a teacher and am guilty of stopping and making large, last minute orders for my class/students and never once have they made me feel like an inconvenience to accommodate a large, last minute order with variety AND kindness. I appreciate that and one of the main reasons I enjoy returning to their business. They offer basic coffee and refrigerated milk products to go along with your donuts. Most days, there is even a fresh fruit option on the counter!“

“I’m very picky about my buttercream as the daughter of a former professional baker, and Blue Cake has my favorite buttercream around!
They did an excellent job matching my reference photo, and the filling (raspberry preserve) and cake were well balanced. The price point was very reasonable compared to other local bakeries, and we are always recommending Blue Cake as they’re super helpful and dependable!“

“For the bad reviews that you people left, y’all have to realize how it is working with customers. Y’all expect too much, workers are human just like you. Y’all have to realize that they are not going to make something fresh at your demand if they have something in the case that has only been out of the oven 5-10 minutes. Suck it up and go purchase yours items else where. CUSTOMERS ALSO HAVE YO RESPECT COMPANY POLICIES!!!!!!! If they say that they’re not allowed to do a certain task that you ask of them, don’t question why just. It’s a difference between having good customer service and working with stupid and ignorant a** customers. Because adding “extra” butter makes no difference in the taste and it’s a waste of time. Coming up to the register not knowing what u want and there is a long line is a waste of time, just step over to the side and figure it out. STOP ASKING HOW MUCH SOMETHING IS AND LOOK AT THE MENU BOARD!!!!!! And if it’s not on display then don’t ask for it cuz it’s obviously not there.“

“I enjoyed Insomnia Cookies because the cookies were warm, soft, and fresh. They had a great taste, and the chocolate chip cookie was my favorite because it was gooey in the middle and slightly crispy on the edges. I also liked that they had many different flavors to choose from, so everyone can find something they like. Another good thing about Insomnia Cookies is that the service was fast and the cookies were still warm when I got them. Overall, I would rate Insomnia Cookies a 4.5 out of 5 because the cookies were delicious and a great dessert choice.“

“Great donuts and food, very nice people, and I will add that the matriarch should use a calculator because I get same thing (practically) every day and if she checks me out the cost is different. She is a very nice lady I find funny she does it in her head, and it is alway different (it is just a $0.05 - $0.10 difference) not a big deal. It just makes it a real old fashion shoppe.“

“This is one of the best Donut shops in Little Rock. The Glazed donuts are Airy & pillowy soft to the touch & the breakfast Kolaches especially the sausage is perfect for road trip driving! I highly recommend stopping here if possible when in Little Rock. Staff is also very friendly but they are busy so be patient because it’s worth it.“

“Mylo’s avocado sandwich and cappuccino are reasons enough for me to drive here all the way from Maryland. According to my husband, other things are wonderful as well. But, wow, this avocado sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. And my dog was welcome inside. Which is an extra bonus.“

“I went to MorningSide this morning for the first time. My wife and I ordered the American (Sausage,egg, and cheese) on a jalapeño bagel. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I can remember. The bagel was very soft and easy to eat. It was toasted perfectly and had the perfect spice to complement the rest of the sandwich. This was very flavorful and I am sure anything you order here will be as good as what I had today. This is a high quality establishment.
The service was great and staff very friendly.“
