“I lived in Maumelle for a few years and had the absolute pleasure of discovering MorningSide towards the end of my time living there. Not only are the bagels and coffee simply amazing, but the STAFF is PHENOMENAL! Any time I called, they knew my name and order, every time I walked in or drove up I was greeted with a smiling face. If I ever had a mistake, which I can count on one hand how many times that happened, it was corrected quickly and politely. I would often bring my dog with me, and they were quick to offer her pup cups and even learned her name. I really could go on and on about how personable and wonderful these people are! Places like MorningSide Bagels are more than just a place for a good breakfast; they are a place to feel comforted, seen, and a part of a community. I now live about 30 minutes away from MorningSide, but I still make an effort to go whenever I get the chance! And I am still met with the exact same kindness and delicious food 🙂“

I emailed them and they said they haven't even started bc they don't have any holiday cookies, even though the website says otherwise. Then I email to find the status and no one emails back. I have no more cookies left. They have completely screwed me. The lady was extremely rude. I've been a loyal customer for 8yrs but that means nothing.“

“The best donuts in town with good, friendly service. They’ve always had a wide variety of donuts when I come in and offer me a lovely selection. I’m a teacher and am guilty of stopping and making large, last minute orders for my class/students and never once have they made me feel like an inconvenience to accommodate a large, last minute order with variety AND kindness. I appreciate that and one of the main reasons I enjoy returning to their business. They offer basic coffee and refrigerated milk products to go along with your donuts. Most days, there is even a fresh fruit option on the counter!“

“Clean environment. The wait wasn’t too long. Decent customer service. I ordered the Classic 6 (1 macadamia, 2 snickerdoodle, 3 sugar). I liked the macadamia. The snickerdoodles weren’t nasty but I’ve had better elsewhere. My toddlers said they didn’t like their sugar cookies. I didnt try them myself but I don’t really see how you can go wrong with a sugar cookie so I’m gna try them one day to see if I agree or not. The vanilla ice cream was okay. This isn’t one of my “favorite” places but I plan to take my children back.“

Y’all have to realize that they are not going to make something fresh at your demand if they have something in the case that has only been out of the oven 5-10 minutes. Suck it up and go purchase yours items else where. CUSTOMERS ALSO HAVE YO RESPECT COMPANY POLICIES!!!!!!! If they say that they’re not allowed to do a certain task that you ask of them, don’t question why just. “Mylo’s avocado sandwich and cappuccino are reasons enough for me to drive here all the way from Maryland. According to my husband, other things are wonderful as well. But, wow, this avocado sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. And my dog was welcome inside. Which is an extra bonus.“

“This is one of the best Donut shops in Little Rock. The Glazed donuts are Airy & pillowy soft to the touch & the breakfast Kolaches especially the sausage is perfect for road trip driving! I highly recommend stopping here if possible when in Little Rock. Staff is also very friendly but they are busy so be patient because it’s worth it.“
