“The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was tasty. The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived around 6:30, and the place was bustling, with a wait time of about 20 minutes, so we took a seat at the bar. (Props to the bartender for recommending a delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic drink to me, by the way!!) Once seated, if it’s your first time at a Korean BBQ, there’s a bit of a learning curve to grasp the ordering process, as it’s essentially all-you-can-eat for a set price, but you have 2 hours to order anything, which is ample. The waiters explained everything clearly and patiently. Once we got the hang of it, we dove in and had a truly enjoyable dinner. They allowed us to sample the noodle broths before ordering. All the grilled meats we tried were absolutely delicious. We had the ribs, marinated steak, lamb, and pork belly, among other sides. We were so full we didn’t even make it to the salad bar LOL. The ambiance is nice and modern, and they replace your grill if it gets too charred. I don’t have any complaints from my first visit to this place. I wanted to try something new for the weekend, and I was not disappointed!! I will definitely return with family and friends.”

“We Love Capeo, and dine there often. It is generally on point, and the service fantastic. Jason, our server was perfect. Knowledgeable, prompt, was there when needed but not hovering. We had a preshow meal on a Thursday Night. Our reservation was at 5:00. Our show started at 7:00, so we had no problem finishing well before the 7:15 time we were told the next guests would need the table. We've been told that (2hour limit) before, as a couple, but never for parties of 4 or more. We all had Lasagna, which my wife and I shared. Always tasty. Well, this time it was cool, almost cold in the center. It took 50 minutes to arrive. Our two friends also got lasagna, but the vegetarian variety. Theirs too, was cool. No time to reorder or send back, which left us all unsatisfied. Lasagna, which we were warned would take 45 minutes to prepare, (one would construe that to mean fresh?) should never be served nearly cold. We will certainly return, and we still recommend Ristorante Capeo to all. It has always been superb. So, one less than stellar visit, out of dozens, will not deter us. Two different lasagna, both cool, was inexplicable.”

HOWEVER!, we went to the NLR location just one last time on the off-chance that maybe, just maybe, they had changed! And, I'm sooooo very glad that I did! It was just wonderful! They are back to being the BEST! The food was exquisite, to say the least! I've always gotten the admirals feast and it did not disappoint! The only bad thing I can say on this trip was that our waiter was not up to par. But, I'm not going to dwell on that. Because, I was so happy that the food was so very good!”

“Have not been here in years and when I use to go, would always choose to sit on the Right side (as you enter) of this spacious restaurant. But last night we got a bit brave and chose to eat on the Left side (with strangers), at the large grill side tables. We had a wonderful dinner with friendly people and cannot wait to return!
Our chef was not as comical as a couple of the other grill side chefs but nonetheless he was quite enthusiastic and efficient. He cooked an incredible dinner for eight of us and no one complained.
I had the shrimp and it was superb. Steamed rice could have been fluffier but who orders steamed rice at these places? The fried rice was prepared with lots of butter and goodies.
Most ordered the steak and one ordered the chicken. A generous heap of grilled veggies on the side, choice of miso or onion soup, salad with ginger or choice of dressing, and your entree for a bit over $20+ bucks per person was quite worth a trip to this old established restaurant in the North Little Rock area.”

“Every time I’ve been to this place it’s been a vibe . The staff always seem to be in a good mood . Listen to me these options will take your tastebuds to cupcake heaven on a sugary cloud. Now this is a lot of sugar so be mindful lol not an everyday indulgence but definitely worth it once in a while. I usually get the smash cake with the ice cream in the middle and that’s plenty for me but it’s definitely worth a try regardless of your sweet tooth preferences.”

I can't stand getting Subway anywhere else because it is messy and falling apart, but she is a real pro and actually cares about making your sandwich the way you want it. “This place was once upon a time a hidden jewel. I visited this place regularly for years with exceptional service and quality of food. I made the recommendation to eat here to many of my out of town colleges, though I haven’t been there in a while. I recently had lunch with friends and was dissatisfied with the food and service. A shrimp poor boy should have more than 2 shrimp, and the sandwich was dry.”

“This review is long over due. I was introduced to this place by my cousin who is a foodie. She told me to try the Hot & Spicy chicken which is made with bell peppers and onions. It is absolutely delicious! Eventually I tried the shrimp egg foo young which I’ve love as a small child living in Chicago. With so much appreciation for this dish I was nervous. But OMG! They make it exactly the way I remember and so many places do it differently. I am writing this review today because I drove by and could practically taste this food! So I ordered both AGAIN and devoured the Eggrolls before I even got home to write this lol”

“I needed an apartment in a hurry, and Pamela helped me get in the perfect one and made it as painless as possible. The little things they do to help get you set up really make a difference. I love my apartment. I have met some great neighbors. The pool and golf course look wonderful! It has been very quiet at night and there's plenty of parking. There were some minor things to fix when I moved in, and they were done the day I reported them. I think I'll really like it here.”

“I was recently in town visiting and, as always, ordered from one of my favorite spots—three large Salad Supremes. Unfortunately, one of the salads was missing meat. By the time I returned to my hotel room and realized it, the restaurant had already closed. I took a time-stamped photo and video as proof and returned the next day.

I spoke with a manager named Tre’ and explained the situation, even showing him the video and photo. While he did offer a replacement salad, I explained that I was heading back out of town and a replacement wouldn’t work—I simply wanted a refund for the one incorrect salad.

Tre’ was dismissive, unfriendly, and defensive. He claimed there was nothing he could do since the order was placed online and on the previous day. I found that completely unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for a full refund (which totaled nearly $50), just a refund for the one item that was wrong. Despite having the receipt and evidence, he offered no solution other than telling me to contact corporate.

Thankfully, Ashley at the corporate office resolved the issue in under five minutes—professional, understanding, and efficient.

The only reason I’m giving this a 4-star review is because I’ve never had issues in the past, and Ashley provided great service. If this review were based solely on my experience with Tre’, it would have been 1 star.
