“The manager was absolutely great , covered our meal after a very rude employee decided to tell us they don’t serve double cheeseburgers and to “move to the second window” because she didn’t “wanna deal with yall” lol glad we were faced with a knowledgeable & kind manager! “I'm here right now. The Filet o' Fish sandwich has the patty about 1/3 hanging off the bun. The cheese acts like a glue that makes fixing it difficult. This problem occurs at nearly every McDs that I eat at. Either their equipment needs adjustment or the workers need to be trained.“
“The lady with the pretty eyes and red glasses (I believe the shift lead due to her grey uniform) was very friendly and nice and helped me with my order. Should definitely keep her.
However the other lady that was lumpy and grumpy kept huffing every time I tried getting help from her. She rolled her eyes multiple times because I pointed out she forgot multiple things in my order. Should definitely get rid of this one.“
