And then when I speak to her how she speaks to me, she asks a male employee to hand over the food instead, then said male looks at me weird. But your night crew is always chill 👌🏼“

“After a long tiring day at work, I needed a quick stop and saw jack in the box while driving. Felt hungry so I ordered a taco and an onion rings. God I must say, my body has never been much satisfied like this before? Eating the tacos felt like heaven no joke. I also definitely loved the vibe of this place so I will definitely stop by again after work soon!“

“Visited this location tonight 6/30.I had a delay inpicking up my food after placing a mobile order due to a faulty battery.I was 3 hrs late. I encountered 2 exceptional employees.I explained my situation to the drive thru attendant who was very attentive and courteous and quickly directed me to speak with the night manager Eduardo.He was polite and understanding about my situation and told me he would remake my order since mine had sat so long til pickup.I was very pleased with the service at this location.So much so that I now will order here even though this location is 5 miles from my home and I have a closer location to my home which is only a mile. I really appreciated these 2 gentlemen s customer service in providing a customer with safe,adequately hot and delicious food. To whomever the manager is at this location please commend these 2 employees. THANKS Edwardo and the drive thru employee!“

“I don't care much for lunch or evening menu items but recently I have tried the breakfast items and I feel the breakfast selection for items is just right. My favorite is number 25, the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Ham, bacon, cheese, and egg, what else could you want for breakfast in the morning? Also I had their ice coffee, if you are not able to get MD's ice coffee then Jack's is the next best thing. In my opinion their ice coffee is just as good but is more sweet. Service and atmosphere was just what you would expect, not bad or above and beyond.“

“I was very impressed with this jack in the box and there excellent customer service i came in after 10 Pm not expecting much on November 15th but the food was excellent and came out fast. They also explained that the lobby was closing early and they were apologetic about it even though that’s something that isn’t in their control. That’s going above and beyond in customer service! “Hey Jack and social team, now that you brought back the chicken supreme with the mayo-onion sauce may I suggest that you start putting the mayo-onion sauce back on the other sandwiches as well? We have been waiting YEARS for the chicken supreme and the mayo onion sauce to return. This sauce was the secret to why your food tasted so good and special back in the day. Pass this message up, make the change and advertise the heck out of it and I guarantee you this would be good marketing that brings your old customers back and intrigue new ones. It would be cool to play the nostalgia card in the advertising. Consider it please this was the right move guys you need to capitalize on it… and do not get rid of the onion-mayo sauce again keep it and utilize it!“

“The staff was super duper friendly and welcoming, with a smile to boot! Especially with the holidays, that was very impressive. When I let the team lead know he had an A+ crew he introduced them all and they all said good morning and thanked me.“
