“Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

Every single cake has been a huge hit—beautifully decorated, delicious, and exactly what I envisioned. Jessie is wonderful to work with. she’s super accommodating and always goes above and beyond. I ended up going with the birthday cake shake and it was absolutely incredible—perfect flavor, smooth, and just straight-up delicious. Definitely one of those “should’ve gotten a large” moments instead of the small!
