“Came to leave a review about the cashier girl, Nicole V, and read a review from a guy named Dan. That guy must have the wrong location and employee because when I was there 3 days ago, which looks like when he showed up, ALLEGEDLY. the girl kind of talked different. I wouldn’t say “high”, but maybe some kind of speech impediment and it was NOT super noticeable. Honestly, maybe she was tired because it was like 11pm, I WAS tired. My order was correct but I think ordering from taco bell is pretty easy, maybe I can’t say the same for Dan. He seems to lack basic human empathy for service workers and that’s a him problem. Crazy how you can have two completely different experiences in the same night. This girl needs a raise for dealing with these people. She was super kind and attentive, repeated my order back (which is what normally happens at fast food restaurants so that YOU, the customer, can verify they heard you correctly), and I realized I asked for potato tacos with extra lettuce, instead of extra cheese. So, maybe this guy needs to chill out on TACO BELL EMPLOYEES BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT DEEP. My tummy for them potato tacos is pretty deep tho🤤“
“I guess I'm back to checking to see if I have all my order. Ordered through the drive thru. $32 order for lunch. Got home. Missing 4 crunchy tacos! Grrr
The guy at the window handed me my bag and said Have a nice day. Silly me, thinking all my food was there.
Drive back there to get my missing tacos, only for them to make me feel like they did not believe me. No, I'm so sorry or here's a nachos for your trouble.
Just a don't know how that happened. Let me see your receipt. Handing me a bag with no acknowledgement at all. Looking at the next customer.
That's a shame. That is one of the closer fast food restaurants to me, and I do like Taco Bell.
Just not the service I received inside the restaurant.

“Jonah and the rest of the crew at this Gilbert location ROCK!!!! Old School Taco Bell food, that's both fresh, hot, and delicious!!! PERFECT FOR THE LATE NITE MUNCHIES!!!! Awesome service, and really nice employees that really do care!!! 5 out of 5 stars!!!“
“I didn't eat inside. Went through the drive thru. I got the mini taco salad and a cravings deluxe box. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the mini taco salad didn't have sour cream on it. Thats my fault because I didn't research beforehand. However, it's supposed to have the creamy chipotle sauce and mine didn't and that's why I gave service, and food 4 stars. So when ordering, if you are really wanting the sauce on top, make sure it's there before you drive away. Also if you like sour cream on your taco salad, order it on the side extra. If the chipotle sauce had been on it, it definitely would've been 5 stars for me. Everything else was fine with my meal, and the employee taking my order and at the window was fine...“
“I am rating this specific location all 5 stars due to Carter the drive through employee. Now a days you rarely get good service especially through drive through anymore. Carter was so pleasant and even took the time to ask my son and I how our night was going. After finding out they didn't have the drink my son wanted he was so apologetic and sincere. Thank you for a great experience and we could use
More employees like him. 👍“
“Taco Bell at Cooper and Warner gets five stars from me, and I say that with full honesty and a little bit of self awareness.
Do I sometimes question my choices the next morning. Yes. Do I still come back for more. Also yes.
The vegetarian options here are just too good to ignore. There is actually variety, which I appreciate more than I can say. It is not the usual sad situation where meatless means you are stuck with one lonely item and a compromise. There are so many things to choose from, and when the craving hits, Taco Bell absolutely delivers. Beans, potatoes, sauces, customizations, all the comforting chaos I apparently never learn to resist.
There is something deeply satisfying about knowing exactly what you are getting into and going for it anyway. Sometimes I regret the tummy ache the next day. Sometimes I do not. Sometimes it was completely worth it, and honestly, most of the time that is the category this place falls into.
It is delicious, indulgent, reliable, and somehow always calling my name when I should probably be making better decisions. But life is short, and Taco Bell on Cooper and Warner keeps the vegetarian lineup interesting enough that I keep saying yes.
No notes. No judgment. Five stars.“
