“This bakery is truly a gem. Found it looking for a cake for my daughter’s birthday, family owned and everything made in house. The personalized customer service can’t be beat, they are so wonderful. The shop is gorgeous and has that amazing sweet dessert smell. The custom cake they created was the star of the show, beautiful and beyond delicious. “I had an excellent experience here and the receipt says Kyla M was the cashier. She let me get my coffee exactly how I wanted it and then let me try it (literally said you need to try this so I know you’re happy with it) which was amazing. I got the cinnasweeties and an iced coffee and it was awesome. I asked questions about different drinks that were on display and she answered every question in depth and explained in detail what was in each drink. It was just really great customer service and in a world where that’s so hard to come by now I really appreciated her! I only come to this mall once per quarter for my work and this is my little sweet treat every time and I hope she’s there next time when I’m in town!“

“Great little hole-in-the-wall type place with a creative theme. I got a breakfast sandwich and their seasonal hot chocolate (gingerbread). The sandwich was done well (maybe needed a tiny bit of salt on the egg) and the hot chocolate was mildly sweet with a huge gingerbread flavor (exactly how I like it). The staff was really friendly and worked quickly. Will definitely be back when I next drive through!“

“I’ve been a customer of Kneader’s Bakery on McDowell in Mesa, AZ since they opened. Their desserts, breads, salads, soups, sandwiches and smoothies have always been prepared well and very tasty. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Today I picked up pumpkin breads that I ordered online and had a great conversation with Dee Ann and another employee. They were so outgoing and had excellent customer service. I ordered a Non dairy berry smoothie that was delicious and also received a free loaf of country white bread. What a pleasant visit and an unexpected token of kindness. I will continue to support this business and encourage others to do the same.“
