“I was really happy with my time at the pasta factory. Daniella was an excellent waitress, real sweet and attentive. The food was fantastic we ordered the Penne Arrabbita with Sausage which was delicious and nicely spicy. As well as the Florentine which had a complex combination of subtle flavors that overall led to a very tasty meal. The bread and dip they provided before the meal was fantastic very fresh and combined well.. The restruant itself has a solid Italian vibe that you wouldn't find at a place like Olive Garden. I will definitely be visiting again!”

Restaurant was very clean, staff greeted us with a smile and a welcome in. Food was delivered quickly and hot.
Brisket-tender and moist good flavor no sauce needed. But I did try the original and mamas sweet with no regrets.
Ribs were tender and juicy great rub DELICIOUS
Burnt Ends all I can say is oh my god.. pure meat candy!
Waffle Fries were awesome as well with just the right amount of seasoning
My wife and daughter(12) raved over there turkey and my daughter loved the Mac and cheese (her favorite) so much that we ordered a pint to go.
And judging by the sauce all over his face and an empty plate my son (11) enjoyed his wings which were quite large I might add

I was recommended the Bolla Sausage with green chile. Between the coffee and baked goods. The quality of the bread, fresh produce, and coffee drinks is phenomenal. “Followers of my reviews are well aware that I’m on a lifelong (and very important) quest to find THE best chimichanga on planet earth. There are many places that attempt to serve up chimis, but only a few have mastered the craft.

Cafe Zamora hits hard with a classic chimi plate, beautifully assembled, complete with rice and beans, healthy scoops of guacamole and sour cream, and a pinch of diced tomatoes for some beautiful color. The tortilla was fried until perfectly golden brown crispy, and it stayed crispy until the last bite.

On the universal 13 point scale of chimichanga deliciousness, Cafe Zamora’s chimichanga scored a very strong 12.

Perfection might not be attainable, but this is dang close. Whether or not an absolute 13 exists in the universe is not the question. It’s a question of whether a chimichanga is worth feasting upon, and in this case, the answer is absolutely.”

The price felt fair and in line with similar Mediterranean spots. The handmade ayran was a standout, fresh and delicious, not the bottled kind. They also serve a complimentary bread with olive oil, which was simple but nice. What I appreciated most was the service style - calm, respectful, and non-intrusive. As an introvert, I really liked that they didn’t hover or ask repeatedly, yet they were always observant and nearby if needed. We ended with baklava to go, and it was excellent. Overall, good food, good portions, relaxed service, and definitely worth visiting if you’re staying nearby”

“I’ve been to this cafe many times I am usually very happy with everything I order and the customer treatment is good nothing over the top but always friendly smiles and recommendations are made… tbh I’m kinda obsessed with the cucumber lemonade here everyone must try it!!! this morning however I walked up to the counter and the lady was having a bad day or something she literally rolled her eyes at me made me feel like I was aggravating her so when my son wanted something I rushed to order for him so he wouldn’t get the same treatment. He also likes the lemonade but really wanted something else but I was afraid to ask him since she was already annoyed with us. Not sure what I did aside from walk up to order. but I’ll give this place another shot hopefully it was just a bad day for her.”

I don’t recommend that dish, the coffee was very bitter not sure if it was old or just over measured when brewed I used about 6-7 creamers and ice to get the taste ok 😆 Better luck next time…”

“First time here, we are coming from Surprise. The food taste was great, I ordered 4 tacos and a torta de pierna. My wife ate the 3 tacos, cabeza???, pastor, milanesa, birria. The cabeza taco had lengua in it, I would not ordered again, the pastor came with pieces of pineapple, it was good, the milanesa was really good, but the birria that was really good, great taste. The torta was pork pierna, it was really good, great taste and the bread was really good. The salsa bar (toppings) was dirty, it was no fresh toppings it looks like it needed some attention. The service was also good. Overall, I can’t wait until the open the one in Surprise. I will be coming in for sure.”
