“I don't go inside so not sure about accurate atmosphere rating. Came through the drive through yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich with the bacon. They completely left out what was supposed to be the actual meal. Went back in to have it fixed. They solved the problem with no issues, and let me keep the other sandwich. I thought that was such a nice gesture for some reason. Most places just make you throw it away. Wasting food. So thanks for letting me eat both sandwiches. The remade order was done perfectly. Thank you for the great food ladies.“
“I believe Erica deserves recognition! I was having a horrible day and was hungry on top of that, my food was not made correctly but I had to get back to work. “Ordered my food about 9:20pm, got my food at 10 minutes after 10pm. Not happy at all. After waiting over 15 minutes for my food, I went back to the drive thru to ask if my food was ready yet where I was informed my food was already given to someone else. I was on my way to see my kids and bring them something to eat as they'd had a long day. The girl at the window then tried to claim I had gotten my food already, but she also said she was the one who handed it out. So now I'm being called a liar too. Finally she acknowledged that she had made a mistake. The guy who was there and seemed to be in charge was very polite though, and his attitude was the only reason I didn't flip my lid at being called a liar. He was very polite, the only good thing I have to say about my experience tonight.
*EDIT* This establishment has changed out the people working there. I have not had a problem there in the past year or so. Therefore I am changing my review to reflect that. Good job ya'll, appreciate it!!!“
