“I had today’s special, New Orleans Muffuletta Sandwich with a mixed greens salad. My wife had a jalapeno burger and onion rings. Everything was perfect. Creative Cafe is a bit off the Interstate, but I plan to make this a regular stop when traveling between Tucson and Phoenix.“

“The food hit the spot for a sandwich. Not the best I’ve had, but it’s up there in quality. I like that you can customize anything and the only additional cost is if you add more meat or cheese. They are super fast at making sandwiches. We order our food and in one minute, we had 3 sandwiches and they all were made precisely how we ordered them. This location near the Ajo Way Costco in Tucson is wonderful! I’ve been to many Jimmy Johns across AZ, and this one beats the rest in friendly customer service, speed in getting our food and accuracy in meeting our order requests. The guy stopped what he was doing, came to the register and greeted us the minute we walked in. We were in and out in less than 3 minutes, which is super convenient when you’re in a hurry and have short lunch breaks. Not all JJ’s locations are as great.

I’m specifically talking about the Tempe Marketplace Jimmy John’s location and the Jimmy John’s on Country Club and Baseline locations. They are terrible! Those locations should be shut down or hire better staff. They close early, run out of ingredients in the middle of the day and they will make you wait until they are done with what they are doing or continue with the conversation they are having with other employees (5+ minutes) before they acknowledge or help you.“

“The service was above and beyond-until I paid and then it became non-existent. I had the soup and salad bar and I love the minestrone soup. The salad is fresh and a treat. The breadsticks seemed a little dry to me and did not have as much garlic flavor as I remembered them from the last time I had them which was years ago. This was a treat to experience and I would enjoy it again.“
