Today was strange, really busy so I get it but they ran out of pepper jack, that's ok but when they asked what cheese replacement, we told them and they handed us a container of cheese and our bag of food... Like, not a problem if I need to wait for you to add cheese but I do it myself?! Plus the sandwiches were in the large Mac and cheese container therefore smashed a bit... Still as friendly as always“

“This was a great spot to stop for an early supper. The staff was super friendly, smiling the whole time we were in there. Nice and clean space. Interesting backstory about how the restaurant started. Chicken fingers were fantastic, tender, piping hot, and not too salty. Would go back for sure. Only drawback for me was the music - too loud, made it hard for talking.“

“Was looking for a good Chinese restaurant near my home. Googled this one with a 4.2 rating figured I'd try them out. I ordered Mu Shu Pork and it was delicious, pork was very tender, sauce was tasty only wish there was another veggie substituted for the mushrooms I took out. Ordered 2 pork egg rolls which were good also. Meal was enough to share between 2 people. I will be ordering from them again.“

“El Pollo Loco has a long history of serving great chicken. This location is very typical — the food was very good and the service not so much. We went through the drive through window. The lady taking our order just couldn’t be bothered to take our order and kept cutting us off so we had to finish our order at the window. Our course because she wouldn’t listen she got it wrong but we checked before leaving the window and got her to fix it. Photo shows a delicious plate of food which cleared the sour taste of pour service out of our mouths. Help the help get our orders right, check before leaving the counter!“
