“Bear in mind that this Dunkin is inside a Cobblestone carwash and is essentially "Dunkin" in name only. I stop by on my way to work most days, it's convenient and on the way to the office. they have a more limited supply of donuts since it's not a stand alone location. Great staff! I order on the app ahead of time and I've never had any issues.“
“There is quite a bit of competition near this Dunkin location.
You can get a donut and coffee at the gas station that is directly behind them. There is a Bosa Donut shop across the street that I believe is open 24 hours and also has a drive-thru.
There are nearby grocery stores and many fast food restaurants and Starbucks that can get you decent coffee.
With that being said, these guys really need to have something that makes them stand-out to potential and repeat customers.
The location is okay, but it is difficult to get in and out of their little parking area depending on the time of day traffic and which way you are driving.
As far as prices go, they are average. They do have specials on different days and at different times.
I definitely recommend that you download their app on your phone and sign-up for their rewards program. You will be able to get a discounted coffee or a free food item with a purchase almost every visit with the rewards app.
They have a drive-thru, but I like to go into donut shops to pick out my selection. I had a digital coupon for 6 donuts for $3.
It was a great deal. It was less than half the normal price. They didn't have a couple of the donuts I wanted, but the young lady that helped me was friendly. The donuts were fresh.“
“I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts and received amazing service! The lady who helped me was patient and super friendly. Even when they made a mistake with my coffee, they replaced it right away. It wasn't busy in the morning. I definitely recommend stopping by this Dunkin' Donuts if you're in Chandler or near Gilbert!“
“Came in at 5:45am for 3 large Jugs of coffee for our annual company meeting. I usually call it in ahead to give them time to prepare but today I was on short time. The manager was phenomenal and the staff was super impressive with their fast pace and ability to keep up during the busy rush this morning even with my large order. Everyone manned their stations and one thing that stood out was the cleanliness, organization, and how well the store was stocked. Great group of team member's who are deserving and super hard working! The young man even helped carry everything to my car and loaded it for me. Thanks!“
“I work night shifts and this location is right on my way home so I hit it about once every 2 to 3 days a week. I love getting a coffee or their lemonade. Their coffee is very good and it looks just like the photos on the menu. The customer service is good but of course this morning time and everyone’s a little grumpy in the morning. The food is very delicious. The hashbrowns were one of my favorites because I think they grill them and they taste super good. 9/24/24 just got breakfast well I gave the lady a $20 bill and she handed me back one five dollar bill two one dollar bills and some change well I went to tip her five dollars and she seemed pretty happy and then I drove off and realized she only gave me not even eight dollars back. I think she’s new but the thing is I work very hard for my money as an 18-year-old and I find it very disrespectful when people can’t count change specially when they work in the food industry like it’s not OK.“
