Dunkin' Donuts in Chandler

“Went for coffee and donuts and got the donuts I was wanting and was not disappointed. Coffee was great too. Woman behind the counter was friendly and courteous. I've been there before on my last trip to Phoenix and will probably go next year too.“

“There is quite a bit of competition near this Dunkin location.
You can get a donut and coffee at the gas station that is directly behind them. There is a Bosa Donut shop across the street that I believe is open 24 hours and also has a drive-thru.
There are nearby grocery stores and many fast food restaurants and Starbucks that can get you decent coffee.
With that being said, these guys really need to have something that makes them stand-out to potential and repeat customers.
The location is okay, but it is difficult to get in and out of their little parking area depending on the time of day traffic and which way you are driving.
As far as prices go, they are average. They do have specials on different days and at different times.
I definitely recommend that you download their app on your phone and sign-up for their rewards program. You will be able to get a discounted coffee or a free food item with a purchase almost every visit with the rewards app.
They have a drive-thru, but I like to go into donut shops to pick out my selection. I had a digital coupon for 6 donuts for $3.
It was a great deal. It was less than half the normal price. They didn't have a couple of the donuts I wanted, but the young lady that helped me was friendly. The donuts were fresh.“

“The early AM team is the best!! I order online, pull through the driveway, they greet kindly and energetically, I grab my order and go. Fast & efficient drive through. Plus the breakfast sandwich is the best!! Always warm and fresh. I don’t feel like their food comes frozen in a box and is nuked in a microwave. Thank you for being amazing!!“

“Bear in mind that this Dunkin is inside a Cobblestone carwash and is essentially "Dunkin" in name only. I stop by on my way to work most days, it's convenient and on the way to the office. they have a more limited supply of donuts since it's not a stand alone location. Great staff! I order on the app ahead of time and I've never had any issues.“

“Came in at 5:45am for 3 large Jugs of coffee for our annual company meeting. I usually call it in ahead to give them time to prepare but today I was on short time. The manager was phenomenal and the staff was super impressive with their fast pace and ability to keep up during the busy rush this morning even with my large order. Everyone manned their stations and one thing that stood out was the cleanliness, organization, and how well the store was stocked. Great group of team member's who are deserving and super hard working! The young man even helped carry everything to my car and loaded it for me. Thanks!“

“My sister and I meet up in this store a couple times a week to talk about world events and usually are here a couple hours. The workers are friendly and we’ve come to know them over time. We always get iced tea and I get my avocado toast. The only gripe we have is 90% of the time, the ladies room toilet is not working. This has been going on for months. It’s also never very clean. I don’t expect the workers to be fixing toilets and cleaning bathrooms. They are handling food. The owner needs to replace the toilet! It’s cheaper than paying a plumber. And get someone to come in a few times a week and Clean the Bathrooms! We’ve started going to the Dunkin on Lindsay and Warner, but the Pecos store is closer. We keep going back, but we’re disgusted with the bathroom situation and end up at the Warner store.“
