Dunkin' Donuts in Queen Creek

“Ive never been to a Dunkin prior to today and my wife decided we should go, so we did. The customer service was amazing and the guy at the window was awesome for patiently answering my questions since I hadn't used their app before to redeem a deal.“

“Had an issue previously with my order. I was not happy and reached out to the company. Shortly after the store manager contacted me directly to right their wrongs. I was given a full refund and had my order remade. Mind you I did not ask for a refund I was ok with having points added to my account. Manager went above and beyond reaching out to me directly to make sure I had a better experience here. If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is. Thank you Kersten and Bri.“

“This location has never failed to disappoint. Either it's picking up a frozen donuts in the morning for the shop across the parking lot or (now) coffees for the trip to work in Mesa. Everyone here has tried to make every order in the fastest amount of time possible and really put dedication in. Even something as small as running out of large cups has them trying to compromise and make it right rather than trying to slip something under the customer's nose. I come here all the time, and I will continue to do so.“
