“I had been going to another Dunkin’ location prior to this one opening - one that was very inconsistent. Orders were often inaccurate or poorly made, and wait times were VERY long. Since this location launched, I have ordered coffee and breakfast items consistently and have not had any problems whatsoever.
Breakfast items are tasty and toasty, drinks are well-balanced, and service is incredibly friendly. AND they have a drive-thru that moves quickly! So far, they’re batting 1000 here, and I will consider myself a loyal customer until that changes.“
“I thought I had submitted my mobile drive through order on the 13th. When I got to the window they had told me my order never submitted. It was completely my bad since when I hit submit I didn't realize I got the pop up asking if I was sure I wanted to submit the order because of how far I was. The lady at the window was so nice and let me submit the order anyway and had me pull up front. It was at about 9:30am. I appreciate her going the extra mile even though it was me who made the mistake. I come to this location all the time before work and they are always so pleasant and fast.“
“There is something nostalgic about Dunkin coffee. I split between this location and the Power-McKellips location. This one just so happens to have the slight advantage and convenience of having a drive-through.The reason I single these specific locations out is because when I typically come here it is because I have a sweet tooth craving so I will order as I call it the café de dulce aka hot coffee with cream and sugar and they seem to be the only locations that can do it right. Looking at you Gilbert-Brown and I won't even get into all that is wrong with you Scottsdale-McKellips.Fair warning I am not sure why but there are some days the speaker of the drive-through seems to be possessed by the spirit of Motörhead and really wants to blow out your ear drums.“
“I go to the one on Gilbert and Southern about 3 times a week because the customer service is so good! Christian always remembers my order and is always so positive. I work a very stressful job.. so seeing someone who doesn't even know me personally.. go out of his way to make me smile is something you don't find these days!“
“Visiting Mesa for a few days and this came in handy for snacks and breakfast. Counter ordering was easy and I used app scan for points and pay by card. They were patient when I used coins to pay also. The breakfast sandwich has a lot of bacon and well-rounded egg patty. Very tasty!“

“This morning I had been to, two other Dunkin’s prior to this location. The first location didn’t have any of the items I ordered. The second was absolutely rude. I drove here and was greeted with kindness. My children and I have been sick for two weeks and are now feeling a litter better so I decided to treat them to dunking on donuts (our favorite) but my voice is still not there all the way. I went through the driveway thru and was greeted by a young woman named Haley (not sure of the spelling) who was patient, kind and helpful. She allowed me to take my time talking so that I wasn’t straining my voice. It was such a relief, and all of our food was amazing!“
“I look forward to seeing these ladies for my morning coffee and breakfast every morning. They know my order and if I forget to ask for something they asking me if I would still like it. It's nice to have ladies that remember the orders of their regulars. Also they have a positive vibes with morning conversations.“
“Order was ready when I pulled up. Hot and fresh breakfast turkey sausage, egg and cheese wrap. Ordered online and my tea was nice and cold.
Parking: Plenty of parking and a few handicapped spaces as well.
Kid-friendliness: They serve donuts so it has to be kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have handicapped parking a ramp and smooth entry for wheelchairs.“
“I've been to this location almost religiously for a year since moving to the area. I've never once had a complaint. I usually go early in the morning throughout the week. I love stopping here when starting my weekend errands, I can always count on their sweets treats to make my day better ❤️ I've gone to other locations nearby but I've been very disappointed as they always get my simple matcha order incorrect. Keep up the good work guys!“
