“Went for coffee and donuts and got the donuts I was wanting and was not disappointed. Coffee was great too. Woman behind the counter was friendly and courteous. I've been there before on my last trip to Phoenix and will probably go next year too.“

“Sat down outside for a few minutes on the bench and an employee immediately walked outside and offered me a water, not only that gave me a large water with ice, that was so thoughtful kind and very appreciated, he said, "you know America runs on dunkin" what can I say..... this was top notch service ♡“

“We stopped at this location for the first time and so glad we did! The service we received from all the young employees was review worthy. Interactive and got our order right for the first time in a month. We have been to several DD where the staff needs customer service training and our order has not been right even once.
The bathroom and lobby were very clean here. The food was great and they got our drink right! Highly recommend this location.“

“My friend and I went to this location Saturday the 24th at 7am and had the best experience. The guy at the counter was amazing and totally made our morning. We were tired and nervous because we had an important test that morning. He welcomed us and his kindness made our morning and we went into our test a lot happier. We don’t live near this location but the service we received surpassed service at many other locations that are near us. Whoever that guys was deserves a raise or at least a high five.“

“Bear in mind that this Dunkin is inside a Cobblestone carwash and is essentially "Dunkin" in name only. I stop by on my way to work most days, it's convenient and on the way to the office. they have a more limited supply of donuts since it's not a stand alone location. Great staff! I order on the app ahead of time and I've never had any issues.“

“Claudia the manager was more than amazing today. She was able to remake my drink, even though I got it at a different location and a different location made it wrong, but she was so polite and had great customer service. She was able to remake it for me with the best attitude. she says in her words, “i have to take care of my customers and I’ll do whatever it takes.” She deserves a raise. It made my day.“

“Came in at 5:45am for 3 large Jugs of coffee for our annual company meeting. I usually call it in ahead to give them time to prepare but today I was on short time. The manager was phenomenal and the staff was super impressive with their fast pace and ability to keep up during the busy rush this morning even with my large order. Everyone manned their stations and one thing that stood out was the cleanliness, organization, and how well the store was stocked. Great group of team member's who are deserving and super hard working! The young man even helped carry everything to my car and loaded it for me. Thanks!“
