“Most consistent Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to A LOT. My coffee is always made right, breakfast sandwich hot with crispy bacon every time and the donuts are always soft and delicious. “I came yesterday to get a coffee and they accidentally made the wrong drink . I asked to speak to a manager so we can fix it and I was helped by Carrington. This employee is as very kind and took the time to make sure she made my coffee the way I wanted . She went above and beyond and with a kind smile she said don’t worry about it. It’s hard to find such great customer these days. Thank you Carrington for fixing my drink and I think you deserve a raise for how kind and polite you are !!! I would hire you at my restaurant:) but stay and make people coffees with love like you’re doing !“
“Eva and her store manager are the most amazing people. We had a very bad encounter at the southern Mesa store and I called everywhere crying like this other lady that caused the problem it’s not relevant now, but I called and Eva fixed. It was so kind so compassionate so caring their food. Here is always amazing. Great like never less than what you’re supposed to get like just an absolute overall amazing experience like I will forever ever ever go to the Gilbert and Brown location because of how she took care of the situation and handled everything so I just wanna let everybody know that Duncan is not a bad place and it’s not their fault that sometimes bad people get hired but Eva and her manager fixed it got a hold of the right chain of command, and I am forever grateful for her thank you Eva“
