“Unfortunately I didn't have any cash on hand for a tip so at best I wanted to lend the recognition to a particular employee: Stefani provided absolutely stellar service! She's incredibly patient, going above and beyond what is normally expected with a drive-thru transaction as she made me feel heard and seen as a customer. She lent a warm smile and a can-do attitude, not hesitating one moment to rectify a previous issue with my order (07/21/26 @7pm). This is the type of service that keeps someone returning to a place of business.

“I made a big order for doughnut day at my job. This location made it so easy to place the order over the phone, had it ready so fast and on time, and when I picked it up all 7 dozens and a half dozen were packed nicely ready to go. I never had a coffee from here before so I ordered one, and it was the best freaking latte ever. And the doughnuts were so warm and soft! Best wishes to everyone at this location.“

“Came through the drive-thru, and the French-accented employee, Daniel, was truly amazing! He knows how to recommend products without being pushy, and he took my order accurately and efficiently. He’s incredibly personable and clearly has a talent for marketing and sales.

“Dunkin' girly here. Dunkin' has never disappointed me. I wish they would make one closer to me. But this is perfect on the way to church on Sundays. Ordered a medium mocha iced coffee and a toasted croissant for myself. Second time, having this toasted consult didn't know it was even the thing, and it is like a game changer for the mornings Since I'm not a big breakfast person.“

“I usually don’t order Dunkin because of the inconsistency and Service. I took a chance and came to this location on a Sunday at 12:30 and was out within five minutes.

The drive-through girl was super friendly, the food tasted fresh and had a nice presentation. Because of this experience, I may actually start coming to Dunkin again.

This is the first time I've had a Dunkin get my drink just right and I will be back! Jayden was the one who made my drink today and he was very friendly when I thanked him for my perfect drink. “Great location but busy so it feels very rushed in the drive through. My truck made the view of the menu impossible from the passenger side when pulled up to the speaker. Exactly the flavors I look for that only Dunkin can do. Service was fast and friendly“

“loloololololol, most people here complain that the wait is too long or their food was messed up. most of these complaints are from people who see the drivethru line wrapping around the shop and are surprised they have to wait ten minutes or more to get their food. most workers here are taking up orders at front and the grill is busy.“

“This DD is my favorite I go there in the mornings at about 605am an my hot matcha tea is always on point with my old fashion donut is always fresh not hard as a rock like the DD on baseline and 51st ave. “I have been coming to Dunkin donuts for years because I love the coffee. Moved about a year ago up to this neighborhood and started coming to this dunkin'. The staff here is always friendly and very helpful. Great customer service and a very clean store. Today, Ruby provided exceptional customer service once again, so I wanted to post about it and leave a great review about this particular location. “This Dunkin is located in terminal 4 before security and is a real life saver when hungry because it is OPEN 24-Hours! Yeah! Hungry kids? Desiring a late night snack? Need to take your medicine with food? Or, just want to try something different? This is your late night go to. I typically order a hot breakfast sandwich and hot drip coffee. The sandwich is always hot and delicious; and, the protein allows me to be satisfied for hours. Coffee always hot however not always consistent with what I know to be the Dunkin's signature flavor. One evening, after a full day in the hot sun, I tried a coconut lime cloud or refresher. The beverage was exactly as the employee had described and better than I expected. It was very hydrating and surprisingly not overly sweet or sugary. Also, not too expensive. I would definitely recommend and purchase this product. Two final comments --- this location has their own seating area which is a real plus and big THANKS to this staff who prepare and serve what seems like a full menu as found in stand-alone stores but having only a very small space.“
