About Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' is a restaurant that serves delicious donuts, coffee, and sandwiches. It remains a popular spot for a morning coffee and snack, offering a wonderful and large variety of delicious freshly baked donut items as well as an impressive menu selection ranging from avocado toast to bagels to muffins to breakfast wraps. However, some customers have experienced issues with the drive-thru service, including incorrect orders and a lack of knowledge about menu items, such as yeast-raised chocolate frosted donuts. The app occasionally does not match up with in-store inventory, and there have been complaints about the restaurant being understaffed, which can make service slow and frustrating.

Inconsistencies with the restaurant's opening hours have also been noted, with some arriving at 4:15 am to find it still closed. One customer mentioned that although they were let in at exactly 5:00 am, the drive-thru was already serving. On the positive side, the staff have been praised for their friendly and helpful service, with some regular customers having a decent experience. The atmosphere is busy but contained, and the space is clean and well maintained. Customers recommend ordering early for the freshest coffee and donuts.
