“We love this place!!! It’s a family owned store. The owners and staff are so sweet. The foods is oh-so-yummy! We are addicted to the B9 vegetarian baguette and fried egg sandwiches! I am on the other hand hooked on their Sea salt oolong tea and Vietnamese coffee! They also have a variety of sweet treats and desserts on the weekend to tease your taste buds! They cater to nearby businesses as well and my staff indulge themselves on their boba drinks! Thank you!!! Happy Songran!“

“This location is beautiful and convenient. The staff are all extremely friendly. They being said, I want to give a true review. I've been here 5 times giving them chance after chance since my first time was so amazing. I always get pho. I appreciate being full after half my serving and taking home the rest to eat later. The pho doesn't seem to be consistent. I go back and forth between regular and spicy. The spicy is never the same. I got hot stone wagu last week, and was disappointed by the size vs price plus I learned I don't prefer wagu. Maybe it's because the hot stone bowl is so much smaller than typical pho. The margaritas are 14 and a tiny serving. Doesn't make sense for the price. I'm not sure if they do a lot of advertising because it's always dead when I go, maybe 1 or 2 families will be there. So I think the cooks don't stay motivated and also I always see the cooks outside smoking when I leave which is kind of disgusting since they are touching food I put in my mouth. If the cooks would do thei best like they did my first time a month and a half ago, they keep the servings AND AMOUNT OF MEAT GIVEN CONSISTENT, I can see this place staying around a bit longer than I have a feeling they will. I get they have to cut costs when they aren't getting people on there, but I feel like I'm paying for their lack of customers, which doesn't feel right. I hope they can keep it together so I don't have to find a new place.
Update, been to a bunch of other pho places lately and none beat this one. I hope they can keep their food on par! And ps 14 for a tiny margarita is much too expensive, especially when they put it in a tiny glass that I counted. It was 4 sips...“

“My friend and I came here today for the first time for lunch. It was quite confusing at first, there is no menu posted other than the sandwiches. There are hot and cold dishes you can take up to the counter, but no descriptions in English. We ended up getting the lemongrass chili tofu and asked the lady at the counter for a noodle dish with spring rolls and pork belly to share. Unlike other reviewers, we didn't think it was overly expensive. First the tofu, they make it in house and it's amazing! Best tofu by far that I've ever tasted, and you get a ton! The noodle dish came out without any spring rolls, but we let it slide because it was so delicious. Fresh and light but with rich bites of pork belly and a tangy sauce on the side. The owners kept coming by to ask if we liked everything, and before we left they brought us a loaf of freshly baked bread for free! We'll definitely be back again. I just wish they had a proper menu to look at with descriptions in English, I feel like we missed out on a lot of options due to the language barrier.“
