“They have lots of authentic and harder-to-find Vietnamese dishes and desserts, such as the amazing bánh ướt thịt nướng. The thinly sliced, soy sauce–marinated pork was sweet and savory. This was balanced with the large rice noodle sheets and fresh vegetables. The fish sauce also added some depth and spiciness from the chilis.

The bánh canh cua was also great. The broth was thick and well seasoned, with flavors of seafood, chives, onions, and fresh coriander. There is also a unique, peppery nutmeg flavor from the annatto oil. There were quail eggs and large shrimp, but not very much crab meat, which makes sense for the price of the dish. The noodles are hand-cut but quite soft.

“Very good pho and broth, we also got some stir fried noodles for the kids. They loved it. You can tell they make the pho in house as the noodles weren’t mushy, it was more firm like it’s barely been boiled. We also split some fried rice, which was really good! It was a great experience and the two waitresses were very nice. It is a bit on the pricey side.“

“We love this place!!! It’s a family owned store. The owners and staff are so sweet.The foods is oh-so-yummy! We are addicted to the B9 vegetarian baguette and fried egg sandwiches! I am on the other hand hooked on their Sea salt oolong tea and Vietnamese coffee! They also have a variety of sweet treats and desserts on the weekend to tease your taste buds! “The food here is amazing and Thao, one of the owners is so friendly and helpful, patiently explaining and introducing me to all their amazing dishes. You can tell that she loves what she does and takes pride in the food they serve, constantly adding new items to their menu based on customer requests. I only tried 4 items, but when an owner takes so much pride in their products, I am sure the other items on their menu will be incredible as well. I cannot wait to return!“

“I am currently experiencing sandwich nirvana. If I had known this place was so good I would have been ordering 100 bahn mi a day. Had SBG bahn mi, it was larger than expected! The total was $8. Which might be a little high, but it is so good that I dont care. They do take out and delivery (through grub hub). I must go back for pho and other delights from Saigon.“
