“Sue and I had lunch there today and we found it to be like a refreshing step back in time. It has an old-world classic cafe style along with counter stools. The food was very good and the portions were really good. I had a Club sandwich and Sue had Chicken Parmesan and they were both excellent. The service was friendly and prompt. “I am a regular add this biscuits. I've never had bad service until today. They sat me outside which I was okay with with the mistress on and the door open, and then they shut everything off and the service was terrible.
I will not sit outside anymore. I don't understand it. All they had to do was move the table out a little bit, but it wasn't dripping on the people. The miss system But they didn't do anything except make everybody miserable outside. Sorry for the bad review, but life has to know about it“

“Went during breakfast time but ended waiting on lunch. Pancit adobo and lumpia are all amazing. Had a home cook feel to it. Staff are amazing, polite and always checked to make sure I didn’t need anything. The $10 minimum is a technicality cause if you sit down and order you will spend $10 and it will be well worth it. I was in town on a work assignment but will go back on my own time in the future.“

“Omg, my husband and I stopped here on our way out to get some smoothies, and she was the coolest and sweetest. Furthermore, the smoothies were delicious, so fresh and vibrant. I got a green umbrella, and my husband got a berry protein smoothie. They were both 10/10. She is affordable, and the portions are more than enough. Her customer service is amazing. “I love breakfast. I've traveled the country searching for the best breakfast. I ask for samples of the gravy up front. It helps me decide. As it was here. The gravy wasn't very hot and kinda pasty. I went with the hash crispy, eggs and breakfast potatoes. It was excellent. I liked the coffee and the large tomato juice is definitely large. Our server was attentive with our order and getting us our food. I'm from out of town, but if in the area would go back. I do recommend sampling the gravy before you order. If you're looking for a good breakfast place..this is it.“

“My girl and I recently found this boba spot, and ever since our first visit, it’s become our go-to. We actually drive out of our way to come here now, even though there’s another boba place much closer to us.

This place seriously blows the other spot we used to go to out of the water. It is a little more expensive than what we were paying before, but it’s absolutely worth every dollar. The quality and taste make the extra drive and price completely worth it.

Safe to say they’ve earned two regular customers. We’ll definitely continue coming back!“

“My daughter and I stopped in here for lunch after filming some homes for a YouTube video I was creating for the community. The food was amazing. My daughter is 18 and kind of picky, and she loved it. We split a sandwich and it was fantastic. Girls were super sweet in there too, and it was a great vibe. Today, the gentleman at the register didn’t look at me when I walked in, said absolutely nothing to me to acknowledge my presence, kept making drinks and then after about 5 minutes when he got to me at the register-he practically out stared at me. When I said a medium drink he rudely interrupted me and corrected me the terminology they use for their drink sizes and said “there ya go” when he totaled my order, insinuating me to tap my card. Super rude and unkind, but I continued with kindness. I want to go back but definitely not for him. Truly never seen a human so disgruntled in making coffee and offering kindness to the world. “yes I recommend starbucks because for the most part it's wonderful. however, I order the same thing every day and I have had the last three days not what I ordered fully. I ask for and pay for extra splash of sweet cream and then not just cinnamon but I ask for extra and I don't even get a dash or punch of it at all. but then today there is Camel sauce in the cup and then drizzled on top. I don't have anything Carmel in my order at all. i order a venti iced americano with blonde espresso, extra sweet cream cold foam with an extra splash of sweet cream and extra cinnamon. Carmel is nowhere to be found in the order and then the word Extra is there but ignored. insert ingredients and ignore what is wanted. this happens more often than not at every location throughout the valley I go to. but the one on 83rd Ave and thunderbird is right by my house and I stop there on my way to work in the morning so I don't have a lot of time to sit for another 15-20 minutes for a new or fixed drink when I have sat there already for 15-20 minutes. I have gone to Dutch a few times and found a favorite there, I can just switch to them or even dunkin donuts is way cheaper and I've never had an issue with my drink made incorrectly when I went to them before. pay attention people. I've let it go on for too long and way to many times.“

“I had an amazing experience at Black Rock Coffee thanks to a young man named Jackson. It was raining when I pulled up and he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He listened to what I was looking for and even made a suggestion—honestly, the coffee turned out way better than I expected.“

“3 of us went there after a morning at the barn and it was way beyond our expectations. We went home with more food than we could eat - all of it delicious - including over easy eggs (notorious for being a risky choice lol). Our server Andrea was so sweet and kind, as was everyone else we encountered. It was our friends birthday and they even had this massive fresh cinnamon roll brought out! In a world where service in general is pretty crappy, Biscuits Cafe was a refreshing find. 10/10 would go there again!“

“My husband and I normally stop and go thru the drive-thru at the Panera on Happy Valley Rd after hiking in the area. We always order the cinnamon crunch bagels. In the last few weeks, we’ve had some of the absolute best, freshest bagels ever but, today, the cinnamon crunch bagel was one of the worst we’ve eaten. It was dry, not much taste, and we both thought it might possibly be a day (or more) old bagel. What’s going on????“

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were two minor issues, one small cleanliness in the bathroom (a hairclip on the shower curtain from a prior guest and a hair on the wall) and one random charge from another guest. The staff was friendly and the grounds well maintained. Only bigger issue for me was the windows had to stay closed the whole stay (I do not with to look into the hallway or have passing guests look in)... I generally expect windows on the outside of the unit - view may not be great but it's a usable window.. with the layout of the building that was not the case for us. That said, other units did have reasonable windows so it just depends what room you get. The location is nice - food and shopping not too far.. some decent hiking though some trailheads very difficult to find. It's also a reasonable distance from Sedona for a day trip if you haven't been out that way. Liked that had the option of an adult only pool and bar. We did not go to the spa but the options looked nice, just didn't make the time. Overall, from other timeshare locations we've been too - was pleasantly surprised by Bluegreen and would certainly recommend.“
