My go-to is the Chocolate shake with a non-fat yogurt base — it tastes absolutely amazing and hits the spot perfectly after a workout. This specific location is the closest to my parents’ house, so it gets most of my business, but I’ve tried multiple OSN spots and have never had a single issue with the product anywhere. They’re extremely well managed and consistently deliver top-notch quality.

Another location had lost my order and the staff at Arrowhead could have just brushed me off or pawned me back in the location that dropped the ball. Instead they took their time to help me by calling other stores to locate the missing order and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of.“

“I’ve been a regular @ this location for about the last 10 months. Always stop by after my morning workout and order the exact same thing, medium protein berry workout with a vitamin shot. While I CAN easily make this smoothie at home, I choose to make the stop because of Tiara. She is the nicest, most professional and welcoming server I have EVER interacted with. I even took a bit of a break during COVID and when I returned 2 months later she still remembered my name (even though I just learned hers today!), still remembers my usual, can recognize me with just my eyes since half my face is covered in a mask and still has the most infectious positive personality I’ve ever met. In fact, when I finally attempted to pull her to the side today to personally thank her another guest walked in and rudely interrupted our conversation in an attempt to ask me for my phone number😂. I politely declined and he didn’t stop so she very professionally and nicely stepped in to refocus him on her so he would lay off me. While it sucked because I didn’t get to fully give her my thank you speech, she did that so I could sneak out without him following me. She’s truly an angel in disguise! @Jamba - learn from her, invest in her, grow through her, teach through her and please reward and recognize her❤️. She’s given me and my family hope and inspired us to always smile 😊 ❤️❤️ @Tiara - so sorry if I came off creepy asking for a photo lol. My kids wanted to see what greatness looked like!!
