“One Stop Nutrition is an absolute must-visit every single time I come back home! Their post-workout shakes are the best, and I look forward to them on every trip. I honestly wish they had locations in Virginia because I would be a regular customer there too.
My go-to is the Chocolate shake with a non-fat yogurt base — it tastes absolutely amazing and hits the spot perfectly after a workout. This specific location is the closest to my parents’ house, so it gets most of my business, but I’ve tried multiple OSN spots and have never had a single issue with the product anywhere. They’re extremely well managed and consistently deliver top-notch quality.
I’ll always make it a point to stop by One Stop Nutrition whenever I’m back in town. Highly recommend!“

“Went to this place not too long ago when I was at the mall buying shoes with my son. A nice boy gave us a free sample so I decided to buy drinks for me and my son. There was a man behind the counter yelling at the employees and that made me feel uncomfortable. That was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I don't even yell at my kids that way, especially not in front of other people. So, with that being said, despite the transgression with the one employee, the smoothie was rather tasty.“
