“In March, I returned an item to Amazon at Whole Foods in Flagsaff, AZ. I want to add to the complaint that this service was a "joke" in May, 2021; I'm sorry that things went wrong in May, 2021, according to the tripadvisor letter, but my experience was quick, the staff at Whole Foods customer service was knowledgeable and courteous, I received my refund promptly. I think they have been working on this service, and it is now reliable.“

Store was very clean, veggies looked great, bread was actually edible, and Kevin had great customer skills. We had an awful experience up in Chino Valley last week and it was refreshing to see a store in better standing. Found it a bit odd to have a chaperone to get into the bathroom, but overall a great time.“

Veggies, meats, and bread are all fresh, not wilted, or mixed in with one another. The store is clean. Restrooms are as well.
The outside sitting area is clean and the canopy umbrellas are in tack and usable.
Parking lot well kept and clean with plenty of space to park. I highly recommend this Subway.“
