“Fat Olives in Flagstaff is absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and truly authentic, and the service was amazing—especially considering we dined there on Christmas Eve Eve, when restaurants are usually extra busy. On Christmas Eve, I realized I had accidentally left my crossbody bag at the restaurant the night before. Even though they were closed for the holiday, the staff went out of their way to open the restaurant just to return my bag before we headed back to Phoenix. That level of kindness and accommodation truly meant so much to me. I’m beyond thankful for their generosity and exceptional customer service. Incredible food, incredible people—highly recommend!“

“I wish I had a sky full of stars to give for Josephine's review. They are surely deserving. 5 stars to represent the 5 senses will have to do. Visually it is absolutely beautiful. A lovely, rustic old home converted to a cozy intimate restaurant. The wafting smells of the food being prepared drew us as we wandered in. The warm, friendly greeting and attentive staff made us feel at home. The gentle bustle and buzz of the restaurant offset by a phenomenal soundtrack of eclectic music. My wife and I commented song after song about how special the ambiance was. Now to the food, although simply referring it as food is an extreme injustice. The meal was literally a work of art. Not the bougie, overly small (see what I did there?), portions with a drizzle of color to distract you from the fact that you about to "feast" on two bites of food. The portions were just the right size, completely satisfying without being grossly over or under sized. The ingredients were all extremely fresh and top quality. This makes total sense... with chefs creating such wonderful fare, why would you not use the best? Simply put, every single thing about Josephine's is absolutely perfect in my opinion. We wanted a special night for my wife's birthday and Josephine's delivered in spades. It could not have been any more perfect. Thank you SO much! If you are EVER in Flagstaff, you HAVE to make sure and try (try isn't accurate... let's say experience) Josephine's. Life is too short NOT to experience Josephine's!“

“well......when the guy tells you the Diablo taco is super spicy and asks twice if you're sure, maybe think twice 🤣 because he ain't joking, and the thing made my lip bleed lol (I'm not mad about it. I'm happy I actually found something legit spicy/hot/flavorful/face melting in Flagstaff) anyways....the Diablo fish taco is, in fact, insanely spicy. and it is divine. the asada taco is, also, a piece of perfection and swept me back home to the taco trucks I used to love so much in Portland (honestly haven't had actual, decent, down home Mexican food in the 20 years I've lived here. this was a pure delight!) the chili relleno: I ordered it ala cart. lemme tell you. I haven't had a relleno that has come anywhere close to the perfection of the very first one I had in barstow. this one is a masterpiece! not too cheesy. but cheesy enough. and white cheese!! thank God! whoever thinks yellow cheese belongs in a chili relleno needs to quit the restaurant business haha. and then.....the batter. slightly fluffy. the absolute perfect amount of crisp. and SO MUCH FLAVOR! I can't believe it took me so long to check this place out. I'll definitely be back. and 14/10 can't wait to have my face burned off again 🤣 this was a super awesome experience 😁“

“Food was great, happy hour offerings are solid and the ambiance and patio with an amazing view closed the deal. We were 8 people with 4 kids and we had an amazing time while the children played in the grass. If you are looking for a place with amazing food and a place to hang out with the family you need to come here. The cherry on top was the service! Briggs took care of us like he was hosting a dinner party, he was kind, attentive, professional and warm. If you live in Flag, or are just having a holiday weekend don’t miss this place !“

“When we go to Flagstaff, we HAVE to go to Fratelli's. Routte 66 pizza is the best thing ever. This last time, different location, but it just didnt tasye the same, maybe cheaper ingrediants? Im not sure, but it just didnt hit the spot. Its been like 3 years, but wasnt the same. Im hoping they get better for the next trip, which is why I gave a 4 and not lower. Atmosphere and people were grest though.“

“I want to shoutout who I believe was the manager. After checking the ingredients on the sauces due to the number of allergies I have, we thought I was in the clear. He came back out and let us know that the wings actually did contain a corn/wheat derived ingredient in which I can’t have. He refunded the amount for the wings which was very thoughtful and generous! If we’re ever back in flagstaff we’ll definitely be back incase the family wants Pizza!“

“Fell in love with fry bread tacos on a 2018 Arizona trip. Did a search for local restaurants and Corner Cafe popped up with a picture of a Navajo taco from their menu that called my name. We were a little confused about entering the Timberline Tavern instead of the Cafe but the patrons and bartender made us feel very welcome. The food and service were excellent! Back home now and already craving that delicious taco. If I were a local, this would be my favorite place for a great meal, a cold brew, and a good time.“

While the food was amazing, the service experience was disappointing due to this interaction. Tipping should be appreciated, not expected at a specific percentage. We hope management addresses this, as customers should never be made to feel judged or pressured over a tip.“
