We signed up for their 4-Course Italian Experience and it was almost perfect. The entrée was a beef tenderloin with creamed spinach, pearl onions and mashed potatoes. The almost perfect was the beef tenderloin... cooked medium well, but chewy and hard to cut, as if it was an inferior cut of meat. That was the very first time I couldn't finish a meal at Black Angus. Otherwise, the three other courses were 100% perfect!!
I have been going to Black Angus for years in both California and Arizona. I have always gotten great food and good service. I love the cowboy ambiance.
Had reservations had to wait 15 minutes before we were able to sit at our table then had to wait for our waitress another 15 minutes again to order our drinks. Poor service on our waitress. Do no want to send a private note to restaurant nothing will get done. Thank you
