We have not been here for a while. The place has gone downhill. The food was mediocre at best. The quality of the steaks were not what they once were. Everything is smaller, too. Usually I am so full that I'm unable to think about dessert. I left still feeling hungry. OMG, the filet mignon was exceptional! Cooked perfectly. The only thing was our dinner came out back to back with our salads. Our waitress who was also exceptional explained how extra help showed up in the kitchen so dinners were coming out quicker. It really was not a big deal and we really enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be returning!!!!!

Had a fabulous server, Pauline. She was personal and attentive, but didn't hover. Food was prepared as requested, served hot, and it was delicious. One of the reasons we come here is because it's quiet....you can actually carry on a conversation. The booths are very comfortable and private, and the customer service is always good. Everything is expensive these days, but comparatively, Black Angus is reasonable for what you get, and they do run specials. Would recommend.
