“Always love eating at Cane's. The staff interaction was warm, professional and personable. My order was taken effortlessly without any snags.
My food was presented in record time with minimal time delays. I found my food hot, fresh and delicious, free of any issues or defects.
Cane's obviously sells chicken but they deliver outstanding customer service. Eating is a necessity, eating out has now become a luxury. Cane's delivered a quality product with a great attitude, at a acceptable price.
I felt valued and respected while visiting this location. How refreshing in the post pandemic world of normalized uncaring indifference to once again experience what used to be normal.

“Food is very consistent from one location to another. We don't visit this location often but food was great and price is very good as well, just like other locations. Only negative is they just did a remodel here and you'd think they'd solve the odor issue. It smelled a bit off when we walked in but not enough to turn us away. We sat at once table and it was so cold we moved to different table. Otherwise; all was great, as we have come to expect from El Pollo Loco.“

“Employees were helpful and had that chicken ready compared to other locations where they make you park to wait for more is grilled. One employee did have their cell phone out in the kitchen with gloves on, not sure if she changed her gloves after. Female employee was very helpful and courteous to an elderly man with a hearing aide who thought the prices were too high. Bathrooms need codes. Employees also didn't think twice about giving those codes to people just walking in, unsure if they were clean.“
