“Huge shoutout to TJ and the team at Jimmy John’s. Another catering company canceled on us last minute. TJ went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. With less than 4 hours notice, he pulled together a last minute order to feed 50 people. Everything was perfect. The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and the service was fantastic. We are incredibly grateful for the quick response and professionalism. JJ’s really saved the day and we will be using them again for future events.“

“I just came out of it because I am waiting for my family at the dentist and I was hungry And out of all the restaurants this was the most appealing and I am so happy we picked this because the food is amazing. When I asked for extra pickles and I mean EXTRA!! They shocked and amazed me because that is exactly what they did. YES! They were super fast too! I would definitely recommend this to my friends

“Other than the bread being a little hard, my sandwich was good. However, the lady who took the order was not friendly. No smile, no welcome when I entered the store, and no response when I thanked her. It was almost like I was interrupting her day.“

“Picture this: it's late night, I ordered online with a scheduled pickup time for the next day. I immediately get a call, it's the restaurant. They want to confirm whether I was picking up my order that night or the next day. Can you believe it? They would've prepared my order and waited for me to arrive, just 3 minutes before closing time, if I had said it was meant to be a pickup for that same night. Now that is amazing customer service!“
