While shopping I had an urge to try Subway once again and I was so pleasantly surprised!! The folks who work there were friendly and helpful, the quality of the food was great, and the amount of sandwich ingredients was fantastic--fresh & plentiful!!! I had a bit of an odd order (wanted less bread etc) but got it exactly how I wanted it.
The gentleman with the beard is great! Kind, speaks clearly and loudly enough for even the elderly customers to hear, and explains everything you might have questions on, as well as anticipate needs.

“I specifically stopped coming to this location after the previous manager/owner treated me so poorly, but since Jason has started managing I happened to come in and I love this location now. He is the most friendly, efficient person and so prideful of his work! I love seeing him when we stop in for lunch. If you had a bad experience in the past (like myself) give it another shot with him! He keeps the restaurant clean and the food is fresh. He also has the best throwback music playing that always puts a smile on my face.“
“Crazy lady was just in the store harassing the employees while they were POLITELY explaining to her she could not eat inside the lobby after 7:30-8 PM as they need to do their closing tasks. She was throwing a tantrum and acting unruly. Josh and his other coworkers handled the situation much better than I would have had I been in their shoes. Amazing employees, awful customers.“

“Service great but it is like corporate went out of their way to make a series of dumb decisions. You cannot see the meat choices anymore as they have it covered by a metal refrigerator looking contraption, they eliminated the tortilla and replaced with a flatbread, then they changed Coke to Pepsi. A trifecta of choices that will have me reconsidering other restaurant options in this strip mall. The Ramen place smells good a few doors down.“

“I want to recognize Jessica and Anthony. They were amazing at helping me feed my family while we were in the hospital across the street from their location. If it wasn’t for their good attitude and willingness to help, we would had gone somewhere else. Rules for catering are there for a reason and it’s understandable but when a customer has a particular situation and needs help last minute it is good to have employees like them that are willing to to step up and fulfill the customer’s needs. “Kaylen is an excellent employee. Came in for lunch 4/13/25. Even though she had no coworkers helping her at the time, she handled all the orders and transactions happily and efficiently. Whoever owns this franchise should recognize her for her top-notch customer service. The food was also excellent. My only complaint was the lobby could have used some cleaning, but Kaylen can only do so much haha.“

“Went there tonight and this guy Jason was there. I remember him from about 7 years ago. He used to run the place. I wasn't sure at first, but when he made my sandwich, I was pretty sure, because he is a sandwich master. At the end, Jason showed me a nifty coin trick. “Always enjoy Subway, it seems forever!?The server assumed, I was with the group came in with.Oddly my friends son ordered first, his step-son, then my friend & I was just passed up, & she took the next guy, instead of asking as they normally do," Who's Next! “Just grabbed a bite at Subway - not bad at all. We went for a Turkey Titan, keeping it simple with no onion or tomato (girlfriend's preference), and paired it with a foot-long pretzel. The food hit the spot. After ordering, we hung out in the lobby for a bit, which was a nice way to relax and enjoy our meal. Overall, a pretty good experience.

“Just left subway with a big smile on my face, Ray and Richard went above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, swift and made our 4 sandwhiches in no time. They made us feel so welcomed and cravked a couple of jokes. Out of all the subways I have been to this has been cleanest and the nicest workers we have experienced. They deserve a raise !
10/10 will be going here again!“
