“It's inside the gas station store. I'm not sure if it's always understaffed or if it's because we went late, which is around 9.30 pm. There was only one person serving, so the line was a bit slow. But the food is as good as any subway place. The person was very nice to talk to and with a nice smile on his face.“
“Cynthia, the wonderful professional sandwich creator at this location, is simply the best part of my lunch experience. I don’t write reviews often. Actually, this is my first. But Cynthia was so friendly and so considerate in making sure she’s giving the freshest ingredients. She even made sure to pick the softest bread and asked if I was getting it toasted so she knew which loaf to pick for me. She mentioned that she’s been an employee here since 2012, and I believe she deserves a huge raise. You can tell she cares about her job, and that makes a world of difference. “My first time going to subway since the reopening and I was assisted by Paulo. He was very attentive to detail of my order and made it exactly how I placed the order online. I’ve had such horrible experience at other restaurants recently and it’s motivated me to stop eating out. But Paulo handled each customer with patience and excellent customer service! “I see so many bad reviews, but I don't experience that. I don't know if its because I order online or usually at night, but sometimes I order from here 3 to 4 times a month and I think there was only 1 time over a yr ago where they messed it up, they are usually really good at making the sandwiches just how I would want them.“
