Subway in Scottsdale

“was ordering a few sandwhiches when i realized i was enjoying a conversation with lance for 20 mins. with no one in the store and ordering behind me, he made this experience enjoyable even recommending several dofferent substitutes when subway no longer offers my preferred sauces. this man is a staple and glad i had this experience. he put the service in customer service. will be coming back again very soon.“

“I had a great experience at Subway! I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces as soon as I walked in. Cesar helped me with my wrap, and Kisha, the manager, was nearby to support him. They mentioned it was Cesar’s first time making a wrap, and he did an excellent job — my wrap was made beautifully and looked great. Wonderful team and service! Definitely will be back.“

“The food at this location is consistently good, but the service is hit and miss. They had signs up advertising a free bottle of Gatorade if you purchased a sandwich and chips. I explained to the cashier (male, late-middle age) that I planned on using that promotion. He was extremely rude and said “you want a free Gatorade…?” I tried to direct his attention to one of the signs and he was dismissive. Very rude encounter.“

“Me and my coworker come in here everyday for lunch and everytime the two amazing ladies making our sandwiches absolutely cook. I believe the owner and general manager were there today they were lowkey funny and the girl was a baddie. thanks Subway ❤️“

This store was slammed with around 70 orders in a few hours during the auto show and the place looked great, the ingredients were really fresh and they accommodated my fussy order perfectly and with wonderful service.
