“Been going here every week as lunch after work the people are really nice when ya talk to them they usually are a bit serious but they keep it friendly and subs I literally can't name a time I got it wrong or it came out bad every sub was worth the price. Place itself is well kept for awhile they didnt have ice for drinks but they already fixed that and be prepared if you not a fan of the Cold there ac is amazing really good for people who hate the heat. Workers again have been nice and makes the subs fast and presents amazing like the photos you see of the sandwiches online.“

“Today I went to subway for lunch and when I got there realized I didn't have my money. The lady who made my sandwich said she's got it and to have a wonderful rest of the work day. I will definitely be coming back to this subway. Thank you for your kindness and the meal I really appreciated that and needed that energy today.“

They were personable, funny and paid attention to how we wanted the sandwiches. I'll drive to this location rather than a closer one just to have the atmosphere and friendliness.“

The atmosphere was clean, bright, and inviting, making it a nice spot to sit down and eat alone or with friends. The service was excellent—the staff was friendly and easy to have a conversation as they were making my sub as well as after when I decided to eat in the store we were able to talk as more. As for the food, everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the bread, to the veggies, and the chips. Overall I had an great experience.“

“I have only been to this Subway location a few times and each time I was provided service the way it is supposed to be. I do not know the older gentleman (I am 64 yrs old myself) who works there, however, he is a true professional as were the staff when I was there again today. Thank you. Some of us notice these things and truly appreciate it.“

“Walked in to get a sandwich and was greeted with a smile. They made it fast and it tasted great. While I was there I saw a young man named Kal who worked there, helping a man with his subway app. He was very patient and understanding. He helped him set up his order but the app was having issue. He still was able to make the sandwich for the older man and they helped him with an in store special that was a better deal then what he wanted. Later one of the workers invited their coworkers to their pool party. It felt they all were like a family. Thank you owners for employing such a great staff.“

“My partner and I have been to this location a few times in the 2 years that we have lived in the area but this visit was different. The store was clean and stocked we were welcomed as we walked in the door and the food was very good. Chanelle was stocking chips and Brooklyn was in the back they both stopped what they were doing to help us. These girls are amazing the customer service was the best we have had in a long time. “Meatball had their meatball sub it was decent I just need to figure out how to next time get it with the bread doesn't get soggy there has to be a way I'll have to ask the next time I think the marinara sauce other than that it was a good sandwich and the two workers that were in there were very nice“

“Shane was great. He was finishing with other guests and still greeted me. And quickly made up my orders. And the place looks clean too. Great deal. Just know of this subway location, little gem in Dobson Ranch in Mesa 85202 off Alma School and Guadalupe.“

“I ordered my food through the app for pick up. I ordered the tuna power bowl meal. I ordered extra cucumber, extra green pepper, and extra red onion. Instead, I received NO cucumber nor did I receive ANY green peppers even though I was charged for them. I also received NO chips which I also paid for. This location is close to my work place and I will NOT go back to this location. Infact, I will go out of my way to another location. I paid $17.52 plus a $2.51 tip. I was totally disappointed and upset because of the amount I spent.“

“This is my neighborhood subway I have been going here on and off for years and let me say that I have never seen this store more clean and organized and it felt great inside here I for once felt I was eating in a clean and sanitary store I gave the manager kudos for that and I own a cleaning business so it is one of the first things I look at and this made me take time out to give a great review this guy needs a raise or bonus for all the hard work great job!!!! We will return again to dine in because it felt good inside there even the food area was clean and tidy !“

“I stopped going to Subway years ago after finding meat in my vegan veggie sandwich. I recently decided to give this location another try, and I'm pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, clean location and no gross accidental meat found in my veggie sandwhich!“

“I haven't gone to a Subway in a very long time- mainly because most of the people almost treat you like you're bothering them or they don't like working for Subway- but this evening I was in the mood for a sweet onion teriyaki sub and Herey Mikes doesn't have those yet- stopped at the nearest Subway which was at 325 W Southern Ave in Mesa- corner of Country Club and Southern- the gentleman that was working is outstanding! His attitude, very welcoming and pleasant and patient- but too it off- he was cared about the appearance of sandwhich and didn't just throw it together where it's a mess- also cleaned his hands and the sandwhich area from customers before me- this gentleman who's name is Hemant is why places get repeat customers because the way treats people---- I've never experienced this level of customer service by any Subway until this man- if he reads this- Thank you so much for customer service and welcoming experience and smiling at everyone! 5 stars but i give a 10 star for customer service!“

“Grabbed a couple subs there last night around 5:00pm the young lady there was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. Payed close attention to exactly what we ordered. Even though they were out of cookies😎 Everything was fresh and delicious.“

“Love coming to this location the lady is very nice but a gentleman came rushing coming to work done too fast I thought the sweet lady was gonna help me but the man took over my sandwich which is fine work is work but I really didn’t like how he rushed me into picking out vegetables he was wanting to put the sauce first but I said no I want the vegetables first then the sauce mind you I’m only 31 weeks pregnant not tryna have a sogy sandwich too fast and it felt like I was still thinking what I was missing but it still felt like he wanted to keep rushing my sandwich I even mentioned all spices he forgets the parmesan I had to ask for it and I just felt uncomfortable by bearly asking for a side of black olives so I don’t recommend accepting this guy doing your sandwich if only you want it done properly“

“I need to start off by saying this location is always clean and they have a full case of fresh cookies and their vegetables look good. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars because everyone except for the older male owner act like someone has a gun to their head and they’re miserable to be there it makes it an uncomfortable experience.
There definitely not no customer service whatsoever couldn’t break a smile on either one of the ladies faces“

“I buy a foot-long sandwich at this Subway, located near Power and Brown, about once a week. The store is clean. Roxy is the woman who usually makes my sandwich. This Subway has high standards for cleanliness.

Parking: There are handicapped parking spots a few stores down to the right of Subway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to park and use the ramps“

“I ordered two platters for housekeeping staff at a nursing home facility close by, they accommodated the pick up time I needed and I was able to pay for it over the phone. I went to pick it up the next day and the staff was so friendly. When I asked if I could start taking it to my car the gentleman said don't worry, I'll help you to your car. They had the tomatoes, onions and pickles all in separate containers, I that was awesome! After my car was loaded the gentleman then thanked me by name for placing an order with them. I travel to several nursing homes in Mesa but will choose this place for catering platters from now on. Best customer service!“
