“We flew in last week and were excited to hit up a Subway nearby. I found this location on google maps and was surprised to see the high ratings as most subways are rated pretty low. We ordered through the app outside the location, and as soon as we walked in we were impressed with how clean it was. We didn’t ask the name of the manager, but he was working along side his crew, making sure the area was spotless right after customers had left. He asked us if we had ordered already through the phone, and when we told him we did, he dropped what he was doing and made our order right there and then. What we were told was going to be a 30 min wait turned into 5 mins. They carried awesome attitudes and made our day even better than it was with their cheerfulness. “I’ve been to this Subway a few times now and it’s honestly one of the better ones. The workers are always chill and respectful, and they don’t rush you even when there’s a line. They actually listen and get the order right, which I feel like shouldn’t be rare, but it is.
The food is always made right too. Nothing looks sloppy or thrown together, and they don’t skimp on stuff. Everything just looks fresh and put together the way it’s supposed to be.
The place itself is clean, which is a big thing for me. The counters and prep area always look taken care of, and the whole spot just feels comfortable to be in.
Overall it’s just a good experience every time I go. Good service, good food, and no weird attitudes. I’d definitely come back.“

“This is my favorite Subway in Arizona! Not only is the place always nice and clean, but Crystal and her crew are always phenomenal! I went to this location last night, Tuesday 3/24/26. Crystal, the manager, and her employee Natalie were not only fast and efficient, but they both made the experience a fun one! They were happy and smiling, super polite and engaging.

“I loveeee this subway and all the employees they have are so nice! Today was a bit different experience. A guy was let go and I gotta say that was probably a GREAT decision to do so. He doesn’t not belong in customer service. Screaming and cussing and throwing things around on his way out then came in again running his mouth. The customers and other staff members should not have had to deal with or witness the horrible display of character that man has, didn’t catch his name but did snap a few pics. I have a voice recording but unable to really hear everything that was going on.“

“Whose idea was it to get rid of the underlayment plastic wrapper that the sandwiches are put on when being made and then placed into the larger plastic wrappers when wrapping the sub up to take it to go?
Without that underlayment wrapper, now all the sauces, vinegar, and oil get all over the place, making a mess. Now we have to second guess and think twice about taking a sandwich to go to the office, because now it's going to make a horrible mess.
Maybe that under wrapper was implemented for a reason in the first place, and that reason is:
1. cleanliness on the cutting board when the sandwiches are made
2. it keeps all the sauces and vinegar from getting all over the place when taking this out to go and eating it at a table
Either it was some bright idea by the new private equity owners to try to save a couple cents, maybe, or they thought it was aesthetically pleasing. Both are wrong. Totally needs to be reversed. Horrible decision. Bring it back so we stopped making a mess all over the place and we can actually get subs to go.

I asked if she could mix sriracha and chipotle since I thought Subway had discontinued buffalo sauce, and she went out of her way to let me know they actually still carry it. “I never thought I’d be writing a review for a Subway, but Matt genuinely made the experience worth it. After a long flight, my family and I had a lot of orders and were pretty exhausted. Matt was incredibly patient, respectful, and accommodating the entire time. He never rushed us, listened carefully, and put real effort into every sandwich. “This is a very nice location with delicious food and excellent service. I love Subway sandwiches and this location does them right. I was curious about the roasted garlic aioli, which I hadn't tried before, so the owner gave me some as a side free of charge! She shared with me a little about the location's story. In particular, their customer base has dropped since the nearby BBB Fashion closed, so they've started some promotions like offering a free cookie with any sub addon (avocado, bacon, etc.). If you're in the area, you really should check them out. You won't be disappointed! (And, in case you're wondering, no, I am not being compensated in any way for this review.)“

But this subway was amazing!
