“I’ve been to this Subway a few times now and it’s honestly one of the better ones. The workers are always chill and respectful, and they don’t rush you even when there’s a line. They actually listen and get the order right, which I feel like shouldn’t be rare, but it is.
The food is always made right too. Nothing looks sloppy or thrown together, and they don’t skimp on stuff. Everything just looks fresh and put together the way it’s supposed to be.
The place itself is clean, which is a big thing for me. The counters and prep area always look taken care of, and the whole spot just feels comfortable to be in.
Overall it’s just a good experience every time I go. Good service, good food, and no weird attitudes. I’d definitely come back.“

“Let me tell you, this was my 3rd time at this location and they never disappoint! Always fully stocked with really fresh options, and the place is spotless! The 3 different employees that I dealt with were all super helpful with my large orders. They took the time to explain my points from my app, and how to use them. My large orders may have seemed daunting to some employees elsewhere, but here they just took it in stride, and completed my order to the T!“

“Been to this location multiple times and the food is always very good. Service inside is very nice, outside it's a little less to be desired, but the subway has no control over that.
I personally always end up getting a meatball sub and I've never really had a complaint.“

“It's a basic sandwich shop. Most flavors feel like they were dialed in at some sort of sandwich lab to appeal to a broad swath of people.

As far as Subway shop goes, it's as good as any. Stars given are how this Subway compares to other Subways I've gone to.“

I was curious about the roasted garlic aioli, which I hadn't tried before, so the owner gave me some as a side free of charge! She shared with me a little about the location's story. In particular, their customer base has dropped since the nearby BBB Fashion closed, so they've started some promotions like offering a free cookie with any sub addon (avocado, bacon, etc.). “On a hot summer day, nothing sound better than the Subway sandwich. I ordered a flatbread sandwich with melt the cheese and warm meat, loaded with fresh vegetable, crisp, and fresh, the meat, chicken teriyaki was flavorful, and the melted cheese brought everything together perfectly, it was a refresh and satisfying meal on a hot day. “David was working extremely hard as he was the only one. This alarm kept going off stating that there was to go or online orders and he continued to handle those with excellent speed and efficiency while ensuring the orders didn't lack anything. He was incredibly fast. He had a great attitude and he was kind in spite of the fact that he was overwhelmed with work. He was exceptional at his job, and he maintained such a good attitude under pressure. Because of David, we would come back to the store countless times for the service and the food. “I visited this Subway around 5:32, and the cashier was an incredibly sweet and helpful young woman. I asked if she could mix sriracha and chipotle since I thought Subway had discontinued buffalo sauce, and she went out of her way to let me know they actually still carry it. “I had some friends and family visiting from back east over the weekend for my 44th birthday. On Saturday evening we ordered takeout for 8 adults and 14 kids. We didn't know Taylor was the only one working and her manager of course. She told us how long it'd probably take and when we picked it up she had everything ready for us and all the sandwiches were fresh. “I haven't been to Subway in at least 8 years and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the same owner owns the subway and another one on Union Hills. Everything was easy and they made great sandwiches and they were friendly and quick and I highly recommend that you stop by for in the mood for Subway“

“Whose idea was it to get rid of the underlayment plastic wrapper that the sandwiches are put on when being made and then placed into the larger plastic wrappers when wrapping the sub up to take it to go?

Without that underlayment wrapper, now all the sauces, vinegar, and oil get all over the place, making a mess. Now we have to second guess and think twice about taking a sandwich to go to the office, because now it's going to make a horrible mess.

Maybe that under wrapper was implemented for a reason in the first place, and that reason is:
1. cleanliness on the cutting board when the sandwiches are made
2. it keeps all the sauces and vinegar from getting all over the place when taking this out to go and eating it at a table

Either it was some bright idea by the new private equity owners to try to save a couple cents, maybe, or they thought it was aesthetically pleasing. Both are wrong. Totally needs to be reversed. Horrible decision. Bring it back so we stopped making a mess all over the place and we can actually get subs to go.

My online order was initially made incorrectly but when I called down there they fixed the order and had it ready for me when my partner got there. Their app deleted items off my usual sandwich which wasn’t their fault and I did give them unnecessary attitude about the sandwich being “wrong” again but they had done nothing wrong and it was 1.the apps mistake for deleting items I had on my sandwich and 2. “I never thought I’d be writing a review for a Subway, but Matt genuinely made the experience worth it. After a long flight, my family and I had a lot of orders and were pretty exhausted.
