“Just left subway with a big smile on my face, Ray and Richard went above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, swift and made our 4 sandwhiches in no time. They made us feel so welcomed and cravked a couple of jokes. Out of all the subways I have been to this has been cleanest and the nicest workers we have experienced. They deserve a raise !

While shopping I had an urge to try Subway once again and I was so pleasantly surprised!! “Crazy lady was just in the store harassing the employees while they were POLITELY explaining to her she could not eat inside the lobby after 7:30-8 PM as they need to do their closing tasks. She was throwing a tantrum and acting unruly. Josh and his other coworkers handled the situation much better than I would have had I been in their shoes. Amazing employees, awful customers.“
“Updated review 1/15/26 5:00pm: We were able to get in contact with the manager and he was amazing and super apologetic about the experience we received. They fixed our subs immediately and made sure to let us know that why we experienced shouldn’t have happened and that we in fact did order it correctly on the app. We are SO thankful for manger G and worker J for making it right for us, we appreciate you, your patience.
Original 1/14/26 7:05pm: Received 2 messed up subs with no attempt to fix or rectify the situation by the lady behind the counter. She went straight to blaming her coworker and us for apparently ordering it wrong online , which we didn’t . She desperately needs to be retrained, not only on customer service but on how the app works.
lady refused to remake it or refund us and would only give us a mayo packet for the missing mayo, she then says we ordered it wrong because her paper and my app doesn’t say “no/remove peppers and onions”. When we tried to explain to her that subway app and even DoorDash don’t included the items you choose to remove on your ticket she wouldn’t listen and continue to insist multiple times that it was our fault and that she would not mess up inventory by remaking or refunding. She was on such a power trip over her own mistakes because this isn’t her location she was only covering for someone.“
“I want to recognize Jessica and Anthony. They were amazing at helping me feed my family while we were in the hospital across the street from their location. If it wasn’t for their good attitude and willingness to help, we would had gone somewhere else. Rules for catering are there for a reason and it’s understandable but when a customer has a particular situation and needs help last minute it is good to have employees like them that are willing to to step up and fulfill the customer’s needs. “Went there tonight and this guy Jason was there. I remember him from about 7 years ago. He used to run the place. I wasn't sure at first, but when he made my sandwich, I was pretty sure, because he is a sandwich master. At the end, Jason showed me a nifty coin trick. At that point I knew, without a doubt, it was him. Hasn't aged a day. Great food, great magician, excellent service! What more can one ask for? Good job Jason! Way to go!“

“Just grabbed a bite at Subway - not bad at all. We went for a Turkey Titan, keeping it simple with no onion or tomato (girlfriend's preference), and paired it with a foot-long pretzel. The food hit the spot. After ordering, we hung out in the lobby for a bit, which was a nice way to relax and enjoy our meal. Overall, a pretty good experience.

“Alex is top notch! Great energy, he made Subway an absolute party. We were all laughing, and he was absolutely working the crowd. What a total gem. It was Melissa’s first day, and you couldn’t tell a bit. She looked like a well seasoned pro, it blew me away this was her first day! We will absolutely be back!“
