Papa John's in Goodyear

“I’ve had nothing but GREAT interactions with employees at this store so I wanted to make sure I took the time to give you all a good review. This is the only restaurant that delivers to my house, not even door dash or Uber eats come out here. The food isn’t always consistent ? but my families always happy and fed. The other day the manager was dealing with some understaffing, she reached out and made sure I knew what was going on. She let me know she had already handled it and the coverage on the way. Also, my in store experiences have been wonderful, the store always looks clean and I’m always greeted when I walk in. I’ve never had a single issue here. I hope you all keep spreading the kindness?“

“Honestly, my first time at this location was the first time in years I had direct eye contact and a smile from a Papa Johns employee.
I had lived elsewhere in the valley for several years, and going to Papa Johns always felt like a shady back room deal where the cops might bust in at any second and shut the whole thing down- not like an actual business transaction.
What a delight at this (new to me) location to engage with a human being who welcomed me, gave me food, and genuinely thanked me.
Pizza is respectable again.“
