“It was and usually is busy here. The wait time was to be 30-40 minutes, but, only had to wait about 10 minutes and it was Veterans Day, which they honor Veterans with a free meal. We had, wife and I, a good meal and experience. We go here several times throughout the year, every time has been great. Thanks Olive Garden.“

“BEST CHINESE FOOD ON WESTSIDE!!! OMG, we live in Buckeye and have been struggling to find a good Chinese food restaurant. Just picked up food and stll hot and fresh and tasty. Establishment was spotless walking in. Soup and main dish containers were not cheap Styrofoam but like Tupperware preventing spillage. Just pleasantly surprised. We will return and share word of mouth with friends and family.
UPDATE
Used to be much better, recently changed chefs I assume the past year because we ordered multiple times last year and it was excellent. Now this year something changed? Not as authentic, missing that authentic taste. Even the egg rolls are very different and smaller? The mushroom chicken used to include different types of mushrooms, now there is only 1 type of regular white mushroom. Their Mongolian beef had like 2 whole onions to 1/4 beef ratio, it should have been called Mongolian onion!! Seems to be Americanized Chinese food unfortunately found all over the valley. Gonna have to drive farther from Buckeye for authentic Chinese. I was happy we found this place 3 years ago and it was our go to Chinese but now it's changed unfortunately... Sad 😢“

“Tori’s interaction and customer service was 💯 % Customer service was 100% today and who made it special, Tori (Vittoria D.)when I say 100% I had a Meet & Greet at Panera Bread this morning, and Tori was the only one who assisted me in ordering for attendees by making suggestions for the group, came over and made sure I, along with other guest had what we needed, and brought out bags for left overs. Tori acted as if she was the manager, as managers should!! “My husband & I have been to Olive Garden Glendale many times in the past and always enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the employees. This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. We laughed together - but she was also respectful of our celebration, and gave my husband & I space to enjoy the food and each other. Next time we come, we will certainly ask to be seated in her area. At the end of our meal, DJ, the General Manager, came by our table to make sure that we enjoyed the food. We sure did - but we also raved about Kiah. DJ was wonderful!, very friendly and appreciative. Thank you Kiah and DJ - you made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend Olive Garden Glendale. “Edel was phenomenal with the service. He was checking up on us constantly and making sure that our drinks were full and we always had enough breadsticks. He even offered to refill my soup which I didn’t know you could do. He was also very patient with us and he deserves employee of the month.“

“Jane and Alex were amazing with service and food quality. The created a great experience. I'm accustomed to PHO places being straight to the point, minimal service.
Alex gave us a tour of Salad bar and promoted drinks they served. Jane was pleasant and made accommodations because my friend and I didn't eat pork. Jane also made the experience special because it was my friend's birthday. I always appreciate good service.“

“We have visited this location multiple times, and food is always good. This particular visit we went for the Dubai strawberries 🍓 . I was disappointed that they did not fill our cups, especially for the price of $18. Was skeptical, but I must say ... they were delicious. Just wished they would have put a few more strawberries 🍓.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I selected do not won’t let me edit… went here today for my birthday lunch with my dad his wife and my family party of 5. We sat down and ordered drinks and egg rolls. 30 minutes later egg rolls came but no drinks. We ordered food when the egg rolls came. An hour later still no drinks and to top it off a couple who had just walked in got their food before we did. That was the last straw. We left and took our business elsewhere. No sorry no nothing. I will never return and I do not recommend. Thank you pt noodles for ruining by birthday lunch. Shame on you.“

“First time having hot pot in years for me and first time for my husband and son. We all left full and happy with what we ate. Pork and beef broth were tasty and veggie selection was fresh. A better noodle variety would be nice; we didn't think the ramen noodles added much to the dish.

I definitely understand the complaints about service being slow, inattentive, or rude. But I would counter with it being probably more of a cultural difference. Very similar to different pho restaurants around the valley as far as quiet and rushed ordering and no friendly banter. Doesn't bother me, though I can see people used to servers being overly nice to earn those tips, feeling like service was sub-par.

But overall, good food and we will be back.“
