Never have I ever had such a bad experience ordering fast food. This place seriously went down hill. I ordered popcorn chicken and a burger. The chicken was cold !! But that’s not even the big issue here. The lady that was working drive thru was extremely rude to the other worker (male) he handed her the wrong bag by accident and she started being so rude to him right in front of the customers! I love Sonic! Their cheese burgers are SO good and their drinks are amazing, of course their desserts are amazing as well. I like that you can either do drive thru or drive in and I don't think I've ever had bad service there. Also if they mess up your order their quick to fix it. I definitely recommend this place!

Went to sonic yesterday evening because my kids wanted to try the new slush. Did an order online through the app which said it would be ready at 745 and showed up at 740 to check in. At 8 I was still waiting for my order. At 810 I asked to cancel my order because I needed to leave. I was told it would be ready.
