“Some places you visit once and forget. Tacos Rodriguez is not one of those places. I first came here with one of my best friends and we went all in — Carne Asada fries, Carne Asada tacos, the works. Everything was incredible. So when I found myself housesitting in the area, coming back was a no-brainer.
This time I kept it simple: a large Horchata and the Carne Asada burrito. Perfect decision. The burrito was packed, flavorful, and exactly what I remembered — the kind of food that earns a food truck a permanent spot in your rotation. And that Horchata? Honestly one of the better ones I’ve had.
The portions are generous, the price is right, the vibe is great, and the staff is genuinely friendly every single time. This place has consistency locked down, which is hard to find anywhere let alone at a food truck.
Tacos Rodriguez is the real deal. If you haven’t been, fix that.“

“We booked the food truck for a corporate event and were absolutely blown away by Laura and Veanney. They were incredibly easy to work with, our team loved them, and most importantly, the scookies were SO good. They showed up with plenty of time to set up, had fun music playing for our employees, and provided great service and recommendations for everyone. At the end of the event, we had a few cookies left over, which they boxed up for us with toppings to take home. We've already got them booked for another event. Highly recommended. P.S. "The Signature" was a fan favorite, but they were all incredible.“

“This restaurant is Definitely one of the most flavorful home made taste I have had since we were in Mexico. From the aguas frescas to the beans to the guisos to the quesadillas to the burritos and salsas everything is on point. Super friendly staff my new go to restaurant.“

“The fact that this place only has 29 reviews is crazy. This is easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever tried. Consistent product every time as well. Service is a little long just because they always have a slammed line for this amazing food so just be prepared. But I promise you it’s well worth the wait!“

“One of my favorite spots in Arizona. One year I even came here on my birthday. I think it was probably during Covid. We stopped by after a diamond backs game. I completely forgot how much I love this place. The food was better than I remembered. I also love the sauces. I love the drinks in ice. I love that there is a portable sink. I just love this place. My favorite taco truck. I usually get a carne asada quesadilla and a Diet Coke“

“I went today for the first time and ordered food with my classmates everyone got something different off the menu but all the food was amazing so fresh and instantly wanted to go back and buy another dish to take home to my family to try !! They were super nice and had the food done quickly presentation was great and seafood was super FRESH and will definitely be going back again !!!! “Our first time coming here and we loved their sushi! Its fresh and the rolls are pretty big! We ordered a charola that come with 3 rolls price is very reasonable. We also ordered their asada and pastor tacos and were very good and their asada quesadilla was good too! Service is great and they are very friendly. The place is super clean which was a plus! I highly recommend this place. Will be coming back.“

“It was not what I expected at all much bigger then what the pictures showed and I really enjoyed myself. I do think that the music should be more diverse due to the crowd and switched out more often then only playing latin music. But other than that the overall experience was very good“

“Went to Chico Malo to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and everything was outstanding! I noted in our reservation the special occasion and everyone at the restaurant made sure to give my husband birthday wishes - so special. Our waitress Brittney was next level and gave us excellent recommendations. The food was nothing I can even describe it was so unbelievable and I am dreaming of when we can go back. Then to top it all off Brittney brought out sparklers and the most delicious bowl of ice cream for desert to celebrate my husbands big day. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant!! Five stars is not enough.“

“This is hands down the best taco place probably in the world. Memo has a gift, God gave him the best chef hands in the world, and he is using them properly. You won't find any better carne asada tacos anywhere in the world and I just had their menudo for the first time today which is only available on special occasions That was the best menudo I have ever eaten in my life.“
