“The Spurr Lounge is one of those classic Laveen spots that always delivers a good time. The drinks are cheap, the karaoke nights are always fun, and it has that perfect laid-back neighborhood bar vibe. 

What really keeps me coming back though are the wings and fries, easily some of the best in town. Crispy, flavorful, and exactly what you want with a cold drink in hand. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back with friends, sing a few songs, and enjoy great bar food without spending a lot.

Only reason it’s 4 instead of 5 stars is because it can get packed on karaoke nights, but honestly that’s part of the charm. If you’re in Laveen and want affordable drinks, great wings, and a fun local hangout, this spot is definitely worth checking out“

“I really enjoy this place. You have to be patient because it gets busy. But the food hookah music and atmosphere is amazing. Audrey was our helping us out. She made sure my allergies were acknowledged and respected. I don't mind waiting gives you time to talk and you don't feel rushed. The visuals people watching here is superb. So many beautiful people with elevated senses of style and diversity.“

“Super nice facility but lacks a little bit of signage. We saw a comedy/wine show there and the lobby was packed. We got into the wrong line, of course and then sat at the wrong table with no one to ask and no signage. The full bar was a nice touch but a weak pour made for an expensive coke (no Jack). Good sound system. Nice stage. Good A/C system. And all you Patriots that might be taking your wife out for a fun date night, maybe leave your American Flag wear at home, this is not your crowd and you get laser beams all night.“

“Dimly lit, cozy second-story lounge in Downtown Phoenix offering complex, creative cocktails, plush velvet seating, and leather banquettes. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about spirit profiles. Space is limited so weekend walk-ins might face a door wait, but it's top-tier for a late-night nightcap.“

“Ive been here twice and both times, it's great!! The food, and the service are fantastic, and the drinks are all great!! We had the CREAM and the one with the picture on it (I cannot remember what its called!) That were really creamy and nice. We also had the cartographer that was delightfully fruity. The pretzel board was really tasty, sweet and salty dips with fruit and cheeses, and ending off the surprise me shot - the one we had was coconuty and creamy as well!“

“I came here with some business associates, who are visiting. It exceeded my expectations. I was a little concerned trying to find it but the whole experience (table, staff, food) was great. The views!!!!-- during the day, the mountains and at night the city lights. I will be taking more people here. It was lovely.“

“My friend was recently (on Dec 2nd) kicked out of this venue for no reason by overzealous security after driving two hours to see a Katatonia concert and then when he protested against them (verbally, not physically) outside of the venue they arrested him. Wtf? Every American has the right to free speech, especially if they've been mistreated by employees of a business. I would advise everyone to avoid this venue and their fascistic security.“

“Didn’t have any good bur smelled delicious. Almost all the pinball machines didn’t work when I tried them the first time. However someone was there pretty quickly to get them fixed. Karaoke and the dance floor were great! Had a blast.“

I myself ordered some kind of tomato juice base cocktail at the good graces of the bartender, and it with just a bag of chips hit THE spot for the night

It is a little on the cozy side in terms of size, and you can try and impress a date in several ways with the toys you can win out of the claw machine. I am very likely to return as my go to drinking buddy is a rum man, and this place appeals to my sensibilities at the same time as offering him his go to Tiki rum runs“

“I ate a casual breakfast here and loved everything about. The staff was so so nice, latte was great, and they were able to make the incredible breakfast sandwich on really delicious gluten free bread. I ate at a table next to the open windows and enjoyed the view of Portland parkway park. The items for sale here are so cute too!“

“A few friends and I decided to go to Kobalt and we had such a fun time!! The vibes are immaculate, very warm and welcoming. You can tell the performers put a lot of work into their shows and the crowd was really into it, like we were all part of a single, big group of friends. The bartenders were quick with the drinks and great at making conversation. We'll definitely be coming back for another show.“

“What an incredible experience!! It was such a wonderful time with some great drinks and small plates basically sample size but very tasty. We can for drinks and a small but to start off our dinner at 333. Pick up you boarding pass at the wolf restaurant next door and get ready for an amazing time, such a unique place.“

“We set up a Pop-Up at Rock Phoenix and it was awesome! The support was great, the patrons were nice, the employees were engaged and fast! We'll be back again soon to serve Arizona's Best Lumpia!“

“Not sure if this is owned by the hotel or just connected, but it was amazing! Trendy ambience, great for a girl’s night or date night. The steak was cooked PERFECTLY - medium rare and more on the rare side. I swapped for risotto, which was everything I imagined it would be. Brought a visitor from out of town, so this was a great experience for both of us.

Service was great because they didn’t check in too often and just allowed us to have a relaxing and not rushed dinner. There were only late reservations, but I made a note about wanting earlier and they called me and made it happen!
