“Peach Pit Bistro is an amazing hidden gem! This place is so quaint, with incredible food and extremely affordable prices—truly a delightful find.

We tried the burger and the Pollock fish sandwich, and both were outstanding. The fish was perfectly warm, flaky, and flavorful, while the burger was juicy and delicious with soft, warm buns. Both came with Cajun fries that had just the right amount of heat to make them irresistible.

We also ordered the Wisconsin cheese curds and mozzarella sticks, which were fantastic. The true star of the show, though, was the hot honey that came with the mozzarella sticks. It was an absolute game changer! You could drizzle that honey on anything—it was so good I’m even thinking about getting some to try on Brussels sprouts.

Though we ordered takeout, the food held up really well, but we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the cozy atmosphere by dining in. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious comfort food and a charming experience!

“Had dinner at Mimi Forno Italiano last night. First time for me. Delicious! We ate at the bar, and our bartender/server, Isela, was wonderful! Even though the place was packed, Isela was attentive, had time to interact with her customers, and provide great service! Next time I'm back in the neighborhood, I will definitely be back!“

“Coffee Builders is a great little coffee shop just south of Downtown Phoenix! The atmosphere inside it amazing and unexpected! The craft coffee beverages here were amazing and the presentation of them was above parr! It’s not your typical grab and go plastic cups, that’s for sure! While there we also tried the quiche, which was by far some of the best (non traditional) quiches I’ve had!

The Calabrese salad was exceptional….in fact I recommend it with your pizza so you can soak up the salad oils and balsamic with your perfect pizza crust. Awesome combo there! “Wow, we loved it! We ordered the burrata, meatballs, and pizzas. We were recently in Rome, and the food was very comparable to everything we had in Italy! They got everything right, down to my delicious Spritz!! The patio was beautiful. The service was great, no pressure even though they were busy. Had the wague cheeseburger. Best burger i've ever had my life. Tried the 4 cheese and Mac, delicious.
The peach crisp was out of this world with some very delicious vanilla bean ice cream.
My favorite beer was the beeline honey. I am not much of a beer drinker, but this beer was very light and smooth.
It's worth the drive from Tucson to come here even if it's just for lunch. We'll definitely be back.“

Great portions (I couldn't finish my huevos) and both of us were saying we want to come back & try other items. The service was fine - I definitely felt like if you were from the neighborhood you were recognized & chatted up, but by no means was our server not perfectly fine... appropriately friendly & attentive, drinks & refills arrived promptly, she checked on us mid-meal, the bill came promptly. Zero complaints on service but hands in the air on that food! We'll definitely return to try out more of the menu!“

“This is a place I hope to become a regular at. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy, so we comfortably had options to choose from in seating, both inside and outside seemed comfortable, and board game options while we waited a short wait time for our food. The service was friendly. The drink and food selection was impressive, truly giving us a unique experience that we wouldn’t be able to find in our own neighborhood. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and casual. I only wish we had more time to take advantage of their pool table, too. I loved their dog photo wall and regretted not bringing my own dogs—but next time, I will! If you’re looking for an enjoyable hangout spot on a Saturday afternoon, definitely try Short Leash.“

“My mom and I wanted a nice brunch spot and came across this hidden gem. To our surprise, they had bottomless mimosa for Sunday happy hour, so we took advantage. The Ruben was decent but wanted to be pleased with the wings. They needed a little more flavor. I did appreciate that you have the options for all flats without an upcharge. My waitress was great even though she had a really large party she was waiting on. The spot was really big, and the decor was cute with a huge outside patio with games. I will be returning.“

My only disappointment was when it came time to pay we were charged an extra 4% on top of our bill because we paid with a card and I feel like that is something that should be noted ahead of time. We found it....Cocina Madrigal was exactly what we were looking for...We actually sat at the bar since there was a short wait for a table. I was here with a college friend who lived out of the state also. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the combination Taco/Burros/Tamales/Enchiladas...Our gracious bartend/waitress suggested the perfect way they should be prepared. “What a surprise! When you open the door you will see some amazing art on the ceilings, walls, tables and even the seating. The food was amazing. We had the hot heathen which was a Nashville hot chicken sandwhich with a jamming house salad. The Korean bbq chicken strips with the waffle fries were very good as well. We had amazing customer service from Taylor who is beautiful and professional. They also play really good music. Loved it!“
