“I REALLY love Gadzooks!! It is one of my favorite places to eat in DTPHX. That being said, a few issues I have....
It is always so COLD in this place. I don't know if there is anything they can do about it, but I feel it is significant to note.
When I came in a few nights ago, it was very busy and there were only two people working. They were doing their best, but I noticed that the girl making the enchiladas was only filling everything up halfway, which I'd never seen before. The enchiladas took up far less space in the bowl than usual. Most notably, she only gave me a tiny half-scoop of mashed potatoes, and when I asked for a full portion, she said it would cost extra. What is going on??? If I'm paying full price, I expect full portions.
This won't deter me from coming back, but I didn't appreciate feeling short-changed on the food.“

“This is one of our fav local/hidden gems in phoenix since we moved in to the area. Literally, the only place to get an amazing Blended Horchata w/ oat milk too.
They have gluten free sandwiches and options. I'm happy they are so close. I wish they where open during the weekends.
The staff is also amazing and very nice.“

“Just went in tonight for dinner with my man and our two kids. There was a busboy by the name of Jose, he was great 😃. He gave us some great laughs and a little story time that added to our lovely night. He gave us a few goodies on our way out, we so appreciate it!! “Jane and Alex were amazing with service and food quality. The created a great experience. I'm accustomed to PHO places being straight to the point, minimal service.
Alex gave us a tour of Salad bar and promoted drinks they served. Jane was pleasant and made accommodations because my friend and I didn't eat pork. Jane also made the experience special because it was my friend's birthday. I always appreciate good service.“

“The employees here are all so welcoming and great location in central Phoenix. I always order my usual and my salad was made so nice. One of the prettiest nice looking salad with the right amount of size. The only thing is the dining areas are always messy. Thank you to whoever made the salad between pick up time 11:30-Noon. You guys are awesome! Highly recommend!“

“I actually ordered out. Their app is very order friendly. I was very surprised to how fast the order was prepared and delivered, 20 minutes or less.\nThe only downside is that food portions are significant smaller than in the restaurant, especially salads and soups. That’s why I’m giving it a four star review.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I selected do not won’t let me edit… went here today for my birthday lunch with my dad his wife and my family party of 5. We sat down and ordered drinks and egg rolls. 30 minutes later egg rolls came but no drinks. We ordered food when the egg rolls came. An hour later still no drinks and to top it off a couple who had just walked in got their food before we did. That was the last straw. We left and took our business elsewhere. No sorry no nothing. I will never return and I do not recommend. Thank you pt noodles for ruining by birthday lunch. Shame on you.“

I felt very delighted when I walked in and the customer service was great. A young gentleman that worked here, named Jonathan, helped me choose what to eat and I got the “Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt”. It was very delicious and I will be coming back to this Panera location every-time I want a sandwich. I had just moved to Laveen after living in California for 6-7 years and I am loving this specific Panera already 😊🤩.“
