I did call and was offered a refund however the person I spoke to today (she didn't offer her name) said she was very overwhelmed and told me she was the only one working therefore couldn't answer any of my questions or concerns and hung up on me. Experience might be better in person, but I would NOT order from this location unless you didn't care what you ended up getting and don't want any actual customer service.“

“I love this spot because it’s chill and it’s never overly full for my toddler who can get easily overstimulated. The snacks are delicious and I love that they have water-based ice cream because she’s also lactose intolerant. The girls are always fast with service and attentive.

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I've dealt with the owner in the past, I just don't feel comfortable when his hyper self is around. His staff always rinse out my bottles but the 1st time I dealt with him, he didn't. Ever since that day, I had to be on my toes; then he lost my bottle & blamed a staff member for it. Then there's this visit, we witnessed him crossing the line.

Mr "owner", by making changes to your door/s will minimize your AC cooled air loss. Also, improve your overall attitude towards customers & staff - In time, this review wíll be updated. This is constructive criticism; I was your customer when you had your other location where Fry's once was on Litchfield.

Belittling employees should NEVER be tolerated. As the adult - YOU know better!

Claiming that ALL employees are not keeping the "|=u¢|<¡πg" door closed... Why don't you gather your entire staff & let them all know together? Instead, YOU choose to ATTACK a staff member who had NO PROTECTION from YOU and your ANGRY RANT. I assume they are a minor since you mentioned their parents.

You're the owner & it's your responsibility!

Attached is an image of plastic strips to minimize the air exchange. Even a rod & a bottom weighted CLEAR shower curtain should work if done right.

Update: Saturday, September 03, 2022 photos were removed but the owner claimed staff didn't show up for work... Well someone wrote that note LOL, the owner is still alive, it's his business. I guess he had more important things to do instead of keeping his business open. Reality, family does come first & running water still flowed from our taps.

Love the fact that I could pull around the back, call in have them open the door, and I use their self-serve option... by not needing to carry the bottles to and from the store or using their wagon P.I.T.A., life is sweeter especially in the heat. Now we just have to lift from car to the cart at home... Win win ???.

“It is a pizza place for families. You order over the phone or at the counter. We decided to dine in. We ordered a sub sandwich and a calzone. The sub was a foot long! The calzone had a great cheese pull and a ton of ricotta with a pot of red sauce for dipping. We will be bringing back leftovers.“

My family & I visited your Goodyear Arizona Estrella Location after the Sounds Of Autism Non Profit 501c3 Organization Walk at Goodyear Ballpark on Saturday November. 4th between 1pm-245pm. We sat on the patio toward the back of the patio, my purple & black galaxy Nike backpack was forgotten there, in my chair. Inside was a tan wallet with a photo of my eldest son Niko on the front, inside that wallet is part of his ashes that had been made into a peace sign epoxy coin with the tag for his ashes from Avenida Funeral Home. My school work badge was on a key lanyard that says 'DEA' from the joint public task force with Goodyear, behind my badge is my son Niko's security badge. I tried calling the restaurant & was told to call back. When I called again, I was told someone had claimed the backpack. Please if anyone can help or may have turned it in, seen someone with it, a picture, or video. Remembers who claimed my backpack. My wallet had the last hard copy photos I have of my son Niko, including his work badge. I know this is a shot in the dark. Grief has been very difficult. This was my family the day of the event before we went to your location. Idk if your location has cameras or perhaps keeps track of lost & found or when someone claims lost itmes. Any assistance please.“
