“I've been going to this store for water for a long time. Super clean and the owner and all of his employees are great. The reward program really helps with the savings. Great selection of thrifty ice cream also. And when I'm going hunting they have 20# blocks of ice that last a long time. This is the best store for water and ice I have ever been to. “Came here a week ago, maybe a little longer now, because my girlfriend wanted to have a unique gender reveal. We called ahead and asked the friendly ladies that were working that day if they would be interested in doing this for us and they agreed to do it. When we got there, they were just as friendly in person and had an excited energy, making the experience even better. My girlfriend and I handed them a folded slip of paper that had the gender, picked out the flavors, one pink, one blue, and asked them to bring out the color that matches. It was perfect, they brought the ice cream out, even covered by a bag, asked what we thought it was, did a countdown, and we got strawberry cheesecake(pink) and everyone got excited! The ice cream was incredibly good, and the vibe was perfect. Thank you ladies for that experience! I wish I would've caught their names to commend them directly.“

“The cookies taste pretty good with a weekly rotating menu. The customer service at this location is pretty bad. The last 5 orders have been wrong. I did call and was offered a refund however the person I spoke to today (she didn't offer her name) said she was very overwhelmed and told me she was the only one working therefore couldn't answer any of my questions or concerns and hung up on me. Experience might be better in person, but I would NOT order from this location unless you didn't care what you ended up getting and don't want any actual customer service.“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Lil Capo’s was recommended to me by a coworker of mine. I had the opportunity to stop by, and try their pizza. I’ve never been here before to do any shopping or dining; so please read to the very end as I have something important to share with my experience.

Call me a pizza snob. I enjoy great pizza. I can relate with David Portnoy - El Presidente of Barstool Sports. To me a pizza has four important components to consider: crust, sauce, cheese, and ingredients or toppings.

I ordered a 16” sausage, mushroom, red peppers, and black olives pizza cooked well. The pizza turned out very good. The crust had a little flop, and a crispy outer crust. The sauce had a decent flavor; and the cheese was of good quality and taste. The ingredients were mostly of good quality. It’s the sausage that I wish had bigger pieces of. They were too small being ground up the way they were. I could barely taste the sausage. I would loved to have added onions, but they only use red. I don’t care for red onions; preferring white, yellow, or Vidalia over them. Taste and see for yourself. Red onions have a distinct taste that ruins one’s palate.

The restaurant is clean and offers plenty of seating. Parties of four most suited. The bathrooms are clean. And they offer Coke products in their fountain. If you like dessert 🍨 there’s a gelato case with many choices to choose from.

Lastly, here’s my pet peeve and warning for you. This mall has paid parking for special events. I know of no special event going on tonight. No concert; no festival; and no Cardinals game at State Farm Arena. When I came out to my car there was a ticket requesting payment of $30. There’s no store or restaurant here worth paying for any parking. I will never come here again for this very reason. Absolute bullshit. It pisses me off to no ends. 😡😡🤬 So be warned ⚠️ ⛔️ if you come here. It’s not well marked where Free Parking is. I went back to tell them about my dissatisfaction with this ticket. They’ve said they’ll contact the property manager to resolve the matter. I hope they’re successful, and help me in not having to call and dispute the charge.“

“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

“I love this spot because it’s chill and it’s never overly full for my toddler who can get easily overstimulated. The snacks are delicious and I love that they have water-based ice cream because she’s also lactose intolerant. The girls are always fast with service and attentive.

My family & I visited your Goodyear Arizona Estrella Location after the Sounds Of Autism Non Profit 501c3 Organization Walk at Goodyear Ballpark on Saturday November. 4th between 1pm-245pm. We sat on the patio toward the back of the patio, my purple & black galaxy Nike backpack was forgotten there, in my chair. Inside was a tan wallet with a photo of my eldest son Niko on the front, inside that wallet is part of his ashes that had been made into a peace sign epoxy coin with the tag for his ashes from Avenida Funeral Home. My school work badge was on a key lanyard that says 'DEA' from the joint public task force with Goodyear, behind my badge is my son Niko's security badge. I tried calling the restaurant & was told to call back. When I called again, I was told someone had claimed the backpack. Please if anyone can help or may have turned it in, seen someone with it, a picture, or video. Remembers who claimed my backpack. My wallet had the last hard copy photos I have of my son Niko, including his work badge. I know this is a shot in the dark. Grief has been very difficult. This was my family the day of the event before we went to your location. Idk if your location has cameras or perhaps keeps track of lost & found or when someone claims lost itmes. Any assistance please.“

“Wonderful experience at BNR today. I hadn’t visited in a while trying to watch my sugar. But today I craved a Banana Royale this young man took such prestige in making my banana royale, he carefully placed the bananas around the bottom of the cup, scooped my two favorite ice creams black walnut and pistachio added the topping and whipped cream and gently placed two left over bananas on top with plenty of nuts and a cherry on top! That banana royale tasted so delicious and it helped that this young took so much care in preparing it! Great Job!!“

The only disappointing factor was that the website listed the wicked milkshakes as limited time and they were already gone from this particular shop.
