“My grandson recently had surgery for a broken arm and I wanted to send him something to cheer him up. So I came across Crumbl Cookies & had the 6 pack of assorted cookies delivered to him. He absolutely loved them all. He said that they were very big cookies and he had a bite of all of them. Now I know what to send the next time someone is ill.“

I had placed an order in the app at Mesa Grand for the Dubai Brownie for next day pick up. They not only gave my order away they made up different excuses for their mess up. Not even trying to make it right. Just said come back and hopefully we will have some Tuesday. So I went to Mesa Groves instead due to their app said they had some and I didn't want to return to Mesa Grand after what they did. I was not too crazy about the cookie presentation, opening the box I had seen that some frosting had been smudged, or that the cookie just did not look like the photo at all.

“The bread outlet store is actually at 310 W Southern Avenue in Mesa. As of mid September 2024, if you use Google maps to get here, the Google lady will tell you to turn in at the entrance to the actual bakery. The sign for the outlet store clearly gives the street address as 310.

Also, Google seems to think this place is a restaurant. It is not a restaurant. It is a bread store. You don't eat your bread here. You buy your bread and go home (or to the park or at least out to your car) to eat it.

When I visited, Dave's Killer Bread was mostly 2 loaves for $5, which is a good price, but not a rock bottom price like I hope to see at bread outlets.

There are other bakery items from other companies sold here. I didn't think any of the prices on the other products were good deals. I think I could get better prices on some of those items by going to Dollar Tree.

The store is small (one room), and the worker didn't even say hello when we walked in, which was kind of awkward.

Parking: There are a few parking spaces in front of the store. Our car was the only one parked there when we visited because we were the only customers.

Kid-friendliness: If your kid is really into bread, this would be a great place to visit.“

“Tried a variety of pastries here and they were all amazing! Put them in the fridge or freezer until you're ready to eat them to prolong the freshness, these types of lovely pastries aren't meant to be out for too long, eat em or freeze em!“

“I had an excellent experience here and the receipt says Kyla M was the cashier. She let me get my coffee exactly how I wanted it and then let me try it (literally said you need to try this so I know you’re happy with it) which was amazing. I got the cinnasweeties and an iced coffee and it was awesome. I asked questions about different drinks that were on display and she answered every question in depth and explained in detail what was in each drink. It was just really great customer service and in a world where that’s so hard to come by now I really appreciated her! I only come to this mall once per quarter for my work and this is my little sweet treat every time and I hope she’s there next time when I’m in town!“
